簡介:在面向路網(wǎng)的分布式鐵路運輸仿真平臺的開發(fā)中,針對生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)種類繁多、存取復(fù)雜等情況,分析現(xiàn)有兩層數(shù)據(jù)管理模式的局限性,借鑒目前成熟的分布式系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)集成、數(shù)據(jù)交換、數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)技術(shù)和方法,參考鐵路現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器管理模式,以實現(xiàn)仿真成員數(shù)據(jù)存取的透明性、可擴充性為目的,研究基于服務(wù)的鐵路運輸仿真平臺數(shù)據(jù)管理機制。本文通過分析鐵路運輸數(shù)據(jù)的特點,結(jié)合仿真成員在功能、性能上的需求,采用客戶代理層、數(shù)據(jù)工廠層、數(shù)據(jù)材料層的三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器,利用XMLSCHEMA模式文檔建立數(shù)據(jù)交互協(xié)議中的數(shù)據(jù)公共關(guān)系模型,規(guī)范上層數(shù)據(jù)交互模板,映射底層關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)客戶層數(shù)據(jù)交互、工廠層數(shù)據(jù)處理、材料層數(shù)據(jù)組織的集成統(tǒng)一,解決了仿真成員與數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器間的數(shù)據(jù)交互、數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)組織等關(guān)鍵問題。

簡介:貴州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對我國鐵路運輸企業(yè)運營管理的影響與對策研究姓名易愷申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師曹明華20060901里莖查型塹翌墨里壁壁重堡壘些堊董箋墨墮墅墮蘭蔓莖里塞二塑堡堡壘墨堡摘要技術(shù)是鐵路創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的基礎(chǔ)和不竭動力。一項新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用往往會帶來工作方式、業(yè)務(wù)流程的改變,從而相應(yīng)地要求管理體制、組織結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的變革。本文入哲學(xué)思想中的生產(chǎn)力一生產(chǎn)關(guān)系理論對我國鐵路運輸企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和運營管理體系及其兩者相互之間的關(guān)系進行了研究和分析。本文首先對我國鐵路運輸企業(yè)技術(shù)倉Q新的基本特征、主要形式、重點領(lǐng)域進行了定性描述,明確提出當前我國鐵路技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在列車提速、重載運輸、信息化技術(shù)和行車安全控制技術(shù)等四個方面。然后對我國鐵路運輸企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的的運輸工作組織、運營管理模式、管理體制和組織形式進行了深入的分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上就技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對企業(yè)運營管理的影響進行了分析和總結(jié),確認了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對鐵路企業(yè)運營管理的影響是全方位、深層次、大范圍的。最后,就鐵路運營管理模式、管理體制以及組織結(jié)構(gòu)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新條件下提出相關(guān)的應(yīng)對措施和方法研究。本文初步形成了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和企業(yè)運營管理之間關(guān)系的基本理論,對全面提高鐵路運輸企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的應(yīng)用水平,促進我國鐵路運輸企業(yè)管理水平的提高具有積極的意義。關(guān)鍵詞技術(shù)刨新、鐵路運輸企業(yè)、運營管理

簡介:當前,我國鐵路建設(shè)正在快速發(fā)展。根據(jù)中長期鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,“十一五”期間,我國將建設(shè)鐵路新線19800公里,投資規(guī)模將達125萬億元,到2020年,我國鐵路營業(yè)里程將達到10萬公里,實現(xiàn)電氣化率和復(fù)線率均達到50﹪,投資規(guī)模將達到2萬億元以上,在2007~2010四年中,我國鐵路建設(shè)投資額將繼續(xù)保持快速增長的勢頭,年均將達到2712億元左右。面對巨大的資金需求,要實現(xiàn)我國鐵路的跨越式發(fā)展,就需要開辟大規(guī)模、多元化的融資渠道。融資租賃自產(chǎn)生以來已有50年歷史,它是信用創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)物,集貿(mào)易和金融于一體,促進了產(chǎn)業(yè)資本和銀行資本的結(jié)合,為金融市場和投資市場開辟了新的融資渠道。隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,融資租賃的創(chuàng)新模式不斷出現(xiàn),使其具有靈活的運作方式和廣闊的使用空間。利用這種特點和優(yōu)勢結(jié)合我國鐵路融資特點,建立適應(yīng)我國鐵路運輸設(shè)備融資、多方參與的融資模式具有現(xiàn)實的意義。本文基于上述特點,構(gòu)建了適合我國鐵路運輸設(shè)備的融資租賃模式。在結(jié)構(gòu)上,論文分為六個部分。第一部分,引言,主要說明論文的選題背景,選題的意義,研究的目的和方法及論文的結(jié)構(gòu)。第二部分,文章論述了與構(gòu)建我國鐵路運輸設(shè)備融資租賃模式相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)研究和實踐,分析了融資租賃的理論,介紹了融資租賃在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展和運用情況,為構(gòu)建融資租賃模式作下鋪墊。第三部分,構(gòu)建我國鐵路運輸設(shè)備融資租賃模式。文章分析了融資租賃創(chuàng)新模式,界定構(gòu)建我國鐵路運輸設(shè)備融資租賃模式的意義并構(gòu)建該模式,文章闡述了模式運作流程,分析模式參與人,各關(guān)系人在模式中的作用;第四部分,文章論述了融資租賃模式涉及的相關(guān)法規(guī)依據(jù),并從經(jīng)濟學(xué)角度對融資租賃模式的可行性進行分析,得出模式可行性經(jīng)濟條件,引入數(shù)據(jù)進行驗證。第五部分,文章討論了本融資租賃模式及各參與人的風險及控制。第六部分是總結(jié)。
