    • 簡(jiǎn)介:上海海事大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)鐵路、水路、公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的比較研究姓名徐亦琳申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師駱溫平20040601我國(guó)鐵路、水路、公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展物漉的比較研究摘要物流作為一種新的理念、一種先進(jìn)的組織方式、管理技術(shù)和最為經(jīng)濟(jì)的綜合服務(wù)模式,已成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)。物流實(shí)際上是對(duì)運(yùn)輸概念的一種延伸,是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)輸方式的一個(gè)革命性的突破。在日益增長(zhǎng)的客戶(hù)需求和激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,開(kāi)展物流服務(wù)對(duì)于運(yùn)輸業(yè)而言,無(wú)疑是一個(gè)十分重要的契機(jī)。當(dāng)前。我國(guó)的鐵路、水路和公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)都在尋求合適的物流發(fā)展之路,必須要結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,發(fā)揮行業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流。本文選取了我國(guó)鐵路、水路、公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的比較研究這個(gè)較為新穎的角度,根據(jù)對(duì)我國(guó)運(yùn)輸業(yè)物流服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀及市場(chǎng)需求狀況的分析,并以各種運(yùn)輸方式和產(chǎn)業(yè)比較為基礎(chǔ),研究得出以上不同運(yùn)輸行業(yè)在發(fā)展物流時(shí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了在物流服務(wù)市場(chǎng)選擇上的建議,并給出了相關(guān)的措施。本文分為五章。第一章為運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流綜述,簡(jiǎn)要敘述了運(yùn)輸與物流的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,國(guó)內(nèi)外運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的現(xiàn)狀,我國(guó)運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展物流的動(dòng)力與阻力。第二章根據(jù)研究需要對(duì)物流服務(wù)市場(chǎng)模型進(jìn)行了一定修正,利用該模型分析了我I虱鐵路、公路、水路運(yùn)輸業(yè)物流服務(wù)提供狀況以及市場(chǎng)需求狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)在供需之間存在著一定的脫節(jié)現(xiàn)象。第三章主要是產(chǎn)業(yè)比較研究。首先分析不同運(yùn)輸方式的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)比較,得出了開(kāi)展物流時(shí)可發(fā)揮的長(zhǎng)處;然后通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的結(jié)構(gòu)一行為一績(jī)效框架,分析并研究了各自的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、行為和績(jī)效的現(xiàn)狀及其關(guān)系,得出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)于發(fā)展物流的行為和效果有較大影響,需要從行業(yè)角度完善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),在開(kāi)展物流時(shí)也要充分考慮產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn),提供物流服務(wù)的行為和績(jī)效存在諸多不足,需要大力改進(jìn)。在以上兩章的基礎(chǔ)上,第四章分析得出鐵路、水路和公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)在發(fā)展物流中各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)。基于此,第五章結(jié)合第二章的內(nèi)容,提出在物流服務(wù)市場(chǎng)選擇方面的建議,并從行業(yè)和企業(yè)的角度給出可實(shí)施的措施。全文在前人的理論及研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從較新的角度,結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行了研究和分析,旨在為我國(guó)的鐵路、水路、公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)開(kāi)展物流服務(wù)、向現(xiàn)代物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化提供思路和方向,同時(shí),也為上述行業(yè)的管理機(jī)構(gòu)在物流發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中進(jìn)行管理提供借鑒和建議。所得的研究結(jié)果具有一定的實(shí)踐意義和理論意義,對(duì)于加快我國(guó)鐵路、水路、公路運(yùn)輸業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化的步伐將有一定的指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞運(yùn)輸,物流,鐵路,水路,公路

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:蘇州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中國(guó)鐵路客貨運(yùn)輸企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制研究姓名潘紅梅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)企業(yè)管理指導(dǎo)教師李曉峰20050101中國(guó)鐵路客貨運(yùn)輸企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制研究以上海鐵路局為個(gè)案摘要摘要鐵路作為一種能源消耗少、占用土地資源少、環(huán)境污染輕、安全系數(shù)高、運(yùn)輸能量大、適應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的“綠色交通工具”而倍受親睞。但近年來(lái)運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了急劇變化,公路、水運(yùn)、航空等交通運(yùn)輸方式得到迅猛發(fā)展,對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)輸形成了巨大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)正成為一個(gè)亟待解決的重大課題。為此,本文作者在上海鐵路部門(mén)的允許和支持下,以專(zhuān)題座談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查為主要形式,對(duì)近百家貨主單位、300多名旅客和80多名客貨運(yùn)站段中層干部職工進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并召開(kāi)了8場(chǎng)有中層于部及普通員工參加的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)專(zhuān)題討論會(huì)。在獲取和占有了大量數(shù)據(jù)及資料之后,我們以實(shí)證方式詳細(xì)分析了我國(guó)鐵路客貨營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題。論文的作者根據(jù)近年來(lái)上海局市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),探析我國(guó)當(dāng)前鐵路客貨營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),側(cè)重剖析了鐵路企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制方面存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了改革的建議;在研究過(guò)程中,我們既認(rèn)真借鑒國(guó)外鐵路行業(yè)在市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制上成功做法,也充分吸取我國(guó)原壟斷行業(yè)改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn),最后從兩個(gè)方面提出了優(yōu)化我國(guó)鐵路客貨營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制的措施或建議,即一方面要加快鐵路發(fā)展的進(jìn)程,特別是加快我國(guó)鐵路的硬件設(shè)施建設(shè),另一方面要在鐵路系統(tǒng)中建立市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)聯(lián)席會(huì)議制度,設(shè)立市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)專(zhuān)職機(jī)構(gòu)、樹(shù)立現(xiàn)代營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理念,倡導(dǎo)共生營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、外延內(nèi)涵擴(kuò)能并舉,提供能力保障、改進(jìn)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)手段,推進(jìn)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作、建立現(xiàn)代信息系統(tǒng),強(qiáng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)手段、制定運(yùn)輸價(jià)格策略,提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、確立品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,打造強(qiáng)勢(shì)品牌、加強(qiáng)人力資源管理,培育營(yíng)銷(xiāo)團(tuán)隊(duì)等,從觀念、制度、機(jī)構(gòu)、策略各個(gè)方面,提升鐵路市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而使得中國(guó)的鐵路企業(yè)最終能夠在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈的運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)這一市場(chǎng)已經(jīng)面臨著公路、航空等交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,同時(shí)也將面對(duì)來(lái)自國(guó)外同行兵團(tuán)的挑戰(zhàn)中立于不敗之地,這也是本論文研究的初衷和根本目的之所在。關(guān)鍵字優(yōu)化鐵路客貨營(yíng)銷(xiāo)機(jī)制作者潘紅梅指導(dǎo)老師李曉峰
