簡(jiǎn)介:本論文通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研,選取浙江省6所代表性中等職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)訓(xùn)基地作為調(diào)研對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)訪(fǎng)談提綱,對(duì)中職校長(zhǎng)、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地負(fù)責(zé)人、專(zhuān)業(yè)帶頭人、實(shí)訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)教師開(kāi)展訪(fǎng)談,對(duì)中職實(shí)訓(xùn)基地運(yùn)行進(jìn)行深入研究。研究目的在于掌握浙江省中職實(shí)訓(xùn)基地運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀前提下,針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出區(qū)域共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)思路與運(yùn)行機(jī)制,為最終提升中職實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量而提供參考性意見(jiàn)。本論文試圖對(duì)區(qū)域共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地運(yùn)行理論依據(jù)、現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策做初步探討。所取得的主要研究成果是1在界定區(qū)域共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地相關(guān)概念內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,論述了區(qū)域共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地運(yùn)行研究意義。2運(yùn)用職業(yè)教育資源準(zhǔn)公共產(chǎn)品理論和職業(yè)教育成本分擔(dān)等相關(guān)理論,對(duì)區(qū)域共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地運(yùn)行研究做出需求性與可行性分析。3通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研,客觀分析浙江省目前實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,揭示當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題及原因。4針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題,結(jié)合個(gè)案分析,提出區(qū)域共享型實(shí)訓(xùn)基地運(yùn)行主要對(duì)策與建議,包括運(yùn)行模式、管理體制、運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)、師資建設(shè)等。本文研究意義在于理論上豐富了中等職業(yè)教育的相關(guān)理論內(nèi)容,實(shí)踐中為相關(guān)部門(mén)關(guān)于中職實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)與運(yùn)行提供參考性意見(jiàn)。
