簡(jiǎn)介:進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來,我國整個(gè)職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展的形勢(shì)喜人。新一屆政府以及我們各級(jí)主管的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),對(duì)職業(yè)教育都非常重視。但是整體上職業(yè)教育的理念、思想、辦學(xué)以及人才培養(yǎng)模式,還存在不少問題。部分教師教學(xué)手段與理念比較滯后,對(duì)學(xué)生素質(zhì)的評(píng)估模式也較為單一并且缺乏有效的激勵(lì)措施。導(dǎo)致學(xué)生人格缺失、學(xué)習(xí)積極性受挫,能力與用人單位要求相去甚遠(yuǎn)。面對(duì)日益嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形式和用人單位對(duì)人才綜合素質(zhì)要求的逐步提高,如何在職業(yè)技術(shù)教育過程中運(yùn)用合理有效的手段解決上述難題,使職業(yè)技術(shù)教育真正適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需求為社會(huì)提供更多,更優(yōu)秀的人才已成為現(xiàn)階段職業(yè)教育工作者必須要解決的問題。本文采用歸納和對(duì)比的研究方法,對(duì)與課題研究相關(guān)的職業(yè)技術(shù)教育原理和組織行為學(xué)、人力資源管理中的激勵(lì)理論進(jìn)行了闡述。在熟悉和了解國內(nèi)外職業(yè)教育發(fā)展歷程及特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,參照國外職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與特色模式著重對(duì)我國職業(yè)技術(shù)教育原有課堂教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)、學(xué)生素質(zhì)評(píng)測(cè)模式中存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析與研究,通過實(shí)際教學(xué)案例中前后效果的對(duì)比分析,針對(duì)當(dāng)前職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的特點(diǎn),分別提出了適合于日常教學(xué)的激勵(lì)模式和一套能有效激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性,加速能力培養(yǎng)并最終能準(zhǔn)確加以評(píng)估的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。

簡(jiǎn)介:I摘要近年來,永川區(qū)各級(jí)黨委、政府及有關(guān)部門認(rèn)真貫徹黨中央、國務(wù)院關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的決定精神,加強(qiáng)了對(duì)全區(qū)職業(yè)教育工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),職業(yè)教育得到了快速持續(xù)發(fā)展,辦學(xué)規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大,辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和效益明顯提高,服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的能力顯著增強(qiáng)。但從總體上看,職業(yè)教育仍然存在一些問題經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足,基礎(chǔ)能力不強(qiáng),發(fā)展不平衡,辦學(xué)機(jī)制及人才培養(yǎng)的規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量和效益還不能適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。為了改變職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的困境,本文試圖從職業(yè)教育的基本原理出發(fā),來對(duì)永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育作詳細(xì)的研究,以期對(duì)今后一個(gè)時(shí)期職業(yè)教育發(fā)展有所貢獻(xiàn)。本論文共分六章,在第一章介紹了本文的選題理由大力發(fā)展我國職業(yè)教育的必要性職業(yè)教育的內(nèi)涵和特征。第二章介紹了永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三章歸納了永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育當(dāng)前存在的主要問題。一是永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育管理還跟不上職業(yè)教育形勢(shì)的發(fā)展,二是教育資源不足,三是管理上較少關(guān)注學(xué)生的心理健康,四是校企聯(lián)合的辦學(xué)模式未能得以很好的實(shí)施,五是就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度落實(shí)不力。第四章探討了職業(yè)教育國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與國際經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國的啟示。第五章針對(duì)提出的問題提出了永川區(qū)職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的一些對(duì)策與建議。一是加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)籌管理,進(jìn)一步確立職教的戰(zhàn)略地位,二是加大對(duì)職業(yè)教育的經(jīng)費(fèi)投入和加強(qiáng)師資培訓(xùn),三是加強(qiáng)學(xué)生管理,關(guān)注學(xué)生心理健康,四是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)對(duì)職業(yè)教育的參與意識(shí),強(qiáng)化校企聯(lián)合辦學(xué)模式,五是加強(qiáng)就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度的落實(shí)和規(guī)范。第六章結(jié)論。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育,教育體系發(fā)展對(duì)策
