    • 簡(jiǎn)介:職業(yè)教育與丹東城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)丹東職業(yè)教育的思考及城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。現(xiàn)代城市,在工業(yè)化之后的信息化過(guò)程中,由于信息產(chǎn)業(yè)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)和高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,城市的科學(xué)技術(shù)、文化教育在區(qū)域發(fā)展中的作用就更顯突出。城市的興衰存亡,無(wú)不與城市的科學(xué)文化相關(guān)。必須重視城市教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,特別是培養(yǎng)專(zhuān)門(mén)人才和高級(jí)人才的職業(yè)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化步伐的加快,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)和經(jīng)濟(jì)類(lèi)型的轉(zhuǎn)變城市發(fā)展將會(huì)越來(lái)越趨向科學(xué)化、人文化和自然化的統(tǒng)一,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)將會(huì)是職業(yè)教育異常活躍的知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)。城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇與時(shí)代發(fā)展同步是其順歷史潮流而行的明智之舉。職業(yè)教育與城市發(fā)展緊密相關(guān),二者互相促進(jìn)和制約,職業(yè)教育在城市發(fā)展中戰(zhàn)略的制定意義十分深遠(yuǎn)。對(duì)丹東職業(yè)教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的探討其意義也不僅僅是一城、一地之策,帶有普遍的意義。一、邊境城市丹東對(duì)職業(yè)教育的要求丹東原名安東,設(shè)治前稱(chēng)沙河子,地處祖國(guó)邊陲,歷朝都是軍事要塞。1965年2月13日經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)安東市改名為丹東市。丹東目前的狀況是經(jīng)濟(jì)“落伍”,城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱化。究其原因固然是多方面的,但與丹東的職業(yè)教育資源極其匱乏,職業(yè)教育“滯后”,導(dǎo)致城市人力資源薄弱,尤其是職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展沒(méi)有與城市發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)緊密相連,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展沒(méi)有科技動(dòng)力為依托有很大關(guān)系。解放后的丹東職業(yè)教育發(fā)展可以劃分為兩大階段一是19481977年的曲折發(fā)展階段1948年9月,東北行政委員會(huì)工業(yè)部根據(jù)東北行政委員會(huì)第三次教育會(huì)議“前進(jìn)一步”的精神,籌建安東市第一所普通高等學(xué)校一安東省科學(xué)院,1949年更名為安東。J科高級(jí)職業(yè)學(xué)校吉林』業(yè)大學(xué)的前身;1948年12月,安東省政府農(nóng)業(yè)廳義籌建遼東農(nóng)業(yè)專(zhuān)科學(xué)校后遷至蓋縣。1949年8月,貫徹中共中央東北局,東北行政委員會(huì)關(guān)于接頓職業(yè)教育的決定精神,上述2校改制為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校1952年秋,遼東省師范專(zhuān)科學(xué)校從遼陽(yáng)遷到安東,一年以后叉遷出;1958年,安東市根據(jù)黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于教育工作的指示精神,搞了“教育大躍進(jìn)”辦起安東上業(yè)專(zhuān)科學(xué)校、安東師范專(zhuān)科學(xué)校、安東醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)科學(xué)校、安東農(nóng)業(yè)專(zhuān)科學(xué)校四所高等學(xué)校;到1962年,貫徹黨中央“調(diào)整、鞏固、充實(shí)、提高”方針和教育部“壓縮規(guī)模、臺(tái)理布局、提高質(zhì)量”的指示精神,上述學(xué)校全部停辦;1975年6月,由省革命委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。丹東農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)校、丹東蠶業(yè)學(xué)校、丹東衛(wèi)生學(xué)校合并組成丹東共產(chǎn)主義勞動(dòng)大學(xué),學(xué)校設(shè)在風(fēng)城縣草河公社,1977年7月解體。以上學(xué)校現(xiàn)在均不存在二是1978年至今緩慢發(fā)展專(zhuān)科教育階段1978年,根據(jù)全國(guó)教育L作會(huì)議精神和國(guó)務(wù)院批轉(zhuǎn)教育部關(guān)于高校擴(kuò)大招生的意見(jiàn),丹東絲綢工業(yè)學(xué)校、丹東衛(wèi)生學(xué)校分別開(kāi)辦大連輕ILJ學(xué)院丹東大專(zhuān)班和2
