    • 簡介:升奠“一一一一岔瓤一IJDC一一番”教YUNNANNORMALUNIVERSLTY職業(yè)教育新理念下的養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)教學(xué)模式研究“七段式教學(xué)法”在養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用珂『究ARESEARCHC111THETEACHINGMODEOFSIIKWOLNLBREEDINGTECHNIQUECOLU。SEUNDEL‘THENEWPRINCIPLEOFTHEVOCATIONEDUM_ITIA學(xué)院生命科學(xué)學(xué)墮專業(yè)名稱墊宣塹研究方向一生塹堂研究生姓名段為群學(xué)號(hào)2_】613導(dǎo)師姓名王政昆職稱教授導(dǎo)師姓名王重力職稱教堂2006年5月1日職業(yè)教育新理念下的養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)教學(xué)模式研究“七段式教學(xué)法”在養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)中的應(yīng)用研究摘要近年來國外職業(yè)教育以人為本,發(fā)展迅速,產(chǎn)生了許多新的教育理念。而國內(nèi)的職業(yè)學(xué)校卻普遍面臨就業(yè)形勢低迷,學(xué)生素質(zhì)下降,學(xué)習(xí)興趣不高,社會(huì)適應(yīng)性較弱等問題。本研究結(jié)合目前世界中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展趨勢及形成的職業(yè)教育理念,依次分析了我國、我省中等職業(yè)教育以及蠶桑專業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢和面臨的困境,并對(duì)蠶桑專業(yè)原有的教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行了反思,認(rèn)為原有教學(xué)模式存在教學(xué)內(nèi)容與生產(chǎn)相脫節(jié),理論教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)相分離,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)上缺乏主動(dòng)性,動(dòng)手能力弱,社會(huì)適應(yīng)性不強(qiáng)等現(xiàn)象。從世界職業(yè)教育改革趨勢所關(guān)注的STWSCHOOLTOWORK問題、倡導(dǎo)以學(xué)生為中心的理念、注重“綜合職業(yè)能力”的培養(yǎng)、整合學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)和生產(chǎn)學(xué)習(xí)中得到啟發(fā),提出了在養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)課程中應(yīng)用融學(xué)校教學(xué)與社會(huì)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)、理論教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)為一體的“七段式教學(xué)法”的初步設(shè)想。將“促進(jìn)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力形成”作為指導(dǎo)思想,本著理論教學(xué)與實(shí)踐教學(xué)并重,共同為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的崗位能力服務(wù)的原則,重新取舍編排了養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)課程的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,將養(yǎng)蠶生產(chǎn)中涉及到的基礎(chǔ)理論與基本技能,劃分成四個(gè)模塊,將整門課的教學(xué)過程劃分為七個(gè)階段,不同階段根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)采用不同的教學(xué)方法,使理論和技能的學(xué)習(xí)、鞏固、強(qiáng)化、應(yīng)用融為一體,逐層推進(jìn),螺旋上升。做到教學(xué)與生產(chǎn)結(jié)合,學(xué)習(xí)圍繞生產(chǎn)展開,幫助學(xué)生學(xué)懂、學(xué)實(shí)。同時(shí),還確立了理論評(píng)價(jià)與技能評(píng)價(jià)分開,注重形成性評(píng)價(jià)和社會(huì)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)價(jià)體系。最后,在對(duì)學(xué)生職業(yè)資格鑒定成績和問卷調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從學(xué)生的“五個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變”、教師的“兩個(gè)有利于”、學(xué)校與專業(yè)的“一個(gè)提高”及與原有教學(xué)模式的比較等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)“七段式教學(xué)法”教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),并提出在應(yīng)用“七段式教學(xué)法”模式教學(xué)時(shí)需要注意的幾個(gè)方面和今后需進(jìn)一步探討的問題。關(guān)鍵詞中等職業(yè)學(xué)校;養(yǎng)蠶技術(shù)課程;模式研究

    • 簡介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文煙臺(tái)市中等護(hù)理職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究姓名潘萍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師趙昌木20061018由東師范大學(xué)碩”卜學(xué)位論文中文摘要中等護(hù)理職韭教育鶼發(fā)展露臨楓遇與羧戰(zhàn)并存的局蘑。為瓣決毒造韭和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)鼗技麓墅久方短缺瓣潤題,國家確定戳中等職韭教騫為發(fā)麓藻點(diǎn),饒先在護(hù)瓚、數(shù)控技術(shù)等四個(gè)職業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)嶌骸凹寄苄汀比瞬排囵B(yǎng)培訓(xùn)工程,投入人力、物力予以支持。而中等護(hù)理職業(yè)教育在面臨衛(wèi)生部對(duì)其招生規(guī)模的壓縮,入世的沖擊,新醫(yī)學(xué)橫式要求護(hù)理人才。調(diào)憋知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)等多重愿力下,面對(duì)居民健康保健意識(shí)的增強(qiáng)秘老羚織享主會(huì)蘧護(hù)士囂慕瓣瀵多,戇秀瓤往壤潺,;孛窶囂鬢,鼗決予學(xué)菝戇否稷攢市場需求進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的入爿。定位,鐫否梅建相邋成的培養(yǎng)模式。為了有效探討中等護(hù)理職業(yè)教育在“技能型”緊缺人才培訓(xùn)工程中發(fā)揮的作用,我們選取山東省煙臺(tái)市中譬為研究個(gè)案。煙臺(tái)市的護(hù)理職業(yè)教育體系是以中等衛(wèi)生職業(yè)學(xué)校失主體款,因瑟本磺究中調(diào)查鰓學(xué)校為獨(dú)立的護(hù)士學(xué)校鞠設(shè)壽護(hù)理專業(yè)蛉中等衛(wèi)黛學(xué)校。本文采用瀚卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)分褥、訪談等方法,幫耩中等護(hù)理職業(yè)教育改革的必要性和可行性,具體了解煙臺(tái)市中等護(hù)理職業(yè)教育市場的人才特點(diǎn)和知識(shí)層次;研究中等護(hù)理職業(yè)學(xué)校的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)與培養(yǎng)模式,確定了“具有一定職業(yè)能力并程護(hù)理第一線的高索暇中等人方”的培養(yǎng)強(qiáng)標(biāo);分析中等護(hù)聯(lián)人才的能力結(jié)構(gòu)綴戴,翻礁溪臺(tái)謄孛等護(hù)璦歌鹱教夸棗場懿瓣濃及天才定整;狡惑影穩(wěn)當(dāng)茲中等轤纛職教進(jìn)行技能型人才培養(yǎng)的主要障礙和當(dāng)前人才結(jié)構(gòu)培養(yǎng)過程中的薄弱點(diǎn),明確螭待調(diào)憋的方向,確定中鋒護(hù)理職業(yè)教育應(yīng)兩向就業(yè)市場,貼近學(xué)生需求,進(jìn)行多元化培養(yǎng)的原則,具有重凝的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。避過對(duì)耀臺(tái)棗中等護(hù)理黢監(jiān)教寄發(fā)袋默凝戇諼套分援,瓣跑與霪癸護(hù)理教騫瓣差鞭,分折了護(hù)理裁媳帝場的巨大需求,形成了我們對(duì)煙臺(tái)零中等護(hù)理職監(jiān)教育現(xiàn)狀殿發(fā)展前景的基本認(rèn)識(shí)中等護(hù)理職業(yè)學(xué)校在找準(zhǔn)護(hù)理人才的角色定位與提升教學(xué)質(zhì)掇方面做了大量的一作,各級(jí)醫(yī)院出于用人成本的考慮,譙近期內(nèi)仍將保持對(duì)中專鼷次護(hù)士靜強(qiáng)勁需求,但中專生入院船掇升學(xué)歷的壓力比較大。對(duì)于中等護(hù)理駁照教蠢豹現(xiàn)狡瑟言,巍對(duì)耨形勢,已表壤耱靜不適應(yīng),亟鐐敬簧,其俸表瑰為傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理課程設(shè)置中存在重學(xué)科知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)性、輕培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的適應(yīng)性,重醫(yī)療、輕護(hù)理,重知識(shí)傳授、輕能力培養(yǎng),重教師激、輕學(xué)生學(xué)等問題。培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生多為
