簡介:全日制義務(wù)教育階段的國家數(shù)學(xué)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)把數(shù)學(xué)的情感教育放到重要的位置上來,教師必須在情感教育的基礎(chǔ)上,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生愿學(xué)、樂學(xué)、善學(xué)的情感態(tài)度。根據(jù)情感對數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的重要作用,本文首先闡述了數(shù)學(xué)情感的涵義以及情感教育的理論基礎(chǔ),并對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)情感現(xiàn)狀作了調(diào)查,對影響中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)情感的因素作了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了在中等職業(yè)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中實(shí)施情感教育的五條原則和五條教學(xué)策略;同時(shí),在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)中實(shí)施了情感教育的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得出以下主要結(jié)論在中等職業(yè)數(shù)學(xué)教育中實(shí)施情感教育,對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對數(shù)學(xué)的積極情感和優(yōu)良個(gè)性、提高學(xué)生參與數(shù)學(xué)活動的積極性與學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的主動性、促進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)認(rèn)知水平的發(fā)展,都有顯著作用。

簡介:西南師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源研究對我國高等職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)來源的啟示姓名尹小宇申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)比較教育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師周誼200251本文介紹了美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源構(gòu)成的歷史變化。美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源有學(xué)生學(xué)費(fèi)、當(dāng)?shù)囟愂盏胤秸畵芸?、?lián)邦政府和州政府撥款。通過與其他公立高等院校相比,總結(jié)了美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源的特點(diǎn),即地方政府撥款所占的比重比其他公立高等院校所占的比重高,而聯(lián)邦政府撥款所占的比重比其他公立高等院校低等。然后,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、高等教育指導(dǎo)思想、法律及管理體制等方面分析了美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源形成原因。L,~美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源特點(diǎn)促進(jìn)了社區(qū)學(xué)院的發(fā)展,并推動了美國高等教育迅速實(shí)現(xiàn)大眾型,進(jìn)而發(fā)展為普及型,為社區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)了大批所需人才。中國地域遼闊,地區(qū)差異非常大。我國發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)與美國發(fā)展高職有著相似的經(jīng)濟(jì)背景,所以,美國發(fā)展社區(qū)學(xué)院的經(jīng)驗(yàn)是值得我國發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育加以借鑒的。佑0如,增加政府撥款,尤其地方政府撥款比重借鑒美國社區(qū)學(xué)院低廉的學(xué)雜費(fèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn),制定合理的學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);完善我國高等職業(yè)教育資助體系;加強(qiáng)與企業(yè)、社會團(tuán)體合作,充分發(fā)揮多渠道作用。L產(chǎn)本文最后指出,我國高等職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)來源雖然受多種因素影響,但T口N要科學(xué)、合理地界定并控制辦學(xué)成本,保證國家財(cái)政性撥款,多鶚÷道籌集經(jīng)費(fèi),再加上對美國社區(qū)學(xué)院經(jīng)費(fèi)來源籌措先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的研究與借鑒,必然會促進(jìn)我國高等職業(yè)教育。關(guān)鍵詞美國社區(qū)學(xué)院;經(jīng)費(fèi)來源I高等職業(yè)教育;教育成本口磚噴財(cái)政任教育菝孰、一一弋1K、,

簡介:碩士學(xué)位論文美國高等職業(yè)教育法制億研究七劉慶斌一西北師范大學(xué)教育科學(xué)學(xué)院劉慶斌美國高等職業(yè)教育法制化研究摘要美國是世界上科技最發(fā)達(dá)的國家,科技的發(fā)達(dá)帶動了社會各個(gè)方面的飛速發(fā)展。在科技的發(fā)展中,職業(yè)教育尤其是高職的功勞不可埋沒。高職為美國高等教育大眾化、普及化的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。職業(yè)教育法制化是實(shí)行有效管理的重要手段,也是促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的有力保障。美國職業(yè)教育的法案,像一根指揮棒,對職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展起著指導(dǎo)性作用。美國高職的發(fā)展深深受益于其高職方面的法制的規(guī)范與完善。美國高職法制建設(shè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)階段,各階段的法案內(nèi)容都是針對當(dāng)時(shí)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和國家發(fā)展需要而制定的,對高職的發(fā)展都起到了推動作用。摩雷爾法案作為美國教育史上的第一個(gè)高職法案,開始了聯(lián)邦政府資助職業(yè)教育的歷史史密斯體士法案標(biāo)志著職業(yè)教育體系開始形成退伍軍人就業(yè)法開始了高職的大眾化步伐世紀(jì)年代職業(yè)教育法及其系列修正案的頒布實(shí)施使高職為經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展提供了保證年代生計(jì)教育法及“生計(jì)教育運(yùn)動”促使職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展方向建立在終身教育的理論之上、年代伯金斯職業(yè)教育法案及其修正案等一系列高職法案適應(yīng)了新技術(shù)革命的挑戰(zhàn),強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)術(shù)教育與職業(yè)教育的融合,開啟了全民職業(yè)教育之門,并加強(qiáng)了聯(lián)邦對職業(yè)教育的法制管理力度。本論文分六部分。引言作為第一部分對論文的選題依據(jù),研究目的意義、方法和重難點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了說明。第二部分是對高職和法制化的概念分析和理論探討。第三部分是對美國高職法制的形成、發(fā)展、演變過程的研究。第四部分是對美國高職法制化歷程的反思與展望。分析和歸納了美國高職法制化的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)和主要特點(diǎn),并展望其未來發(fā)展趨勢。第五、六部分則通過歸納美國高職法制化對中國的啟示,針對中國高職法制建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,做出自己對目前和未來中國高職法制建設(shè)的思考,并提出對中國高職法制建設(shè)的一些看法和建議。本文力圖根據(jù)歷史唯物主義的觀點(diǎn)和方法及系統(tǒng)研究方法,歸納整理出美國高職法制發(fā)展歷程的線索和階段,剖析美國高職法制建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn),努力做到史論結(jié)合。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史研究法及比較法。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育高等職業(yè)教育法制教育法
