簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)密級(jí)UDCUDC學(xué)校代碼碩士研究生學(xué)位論文資產(chǎn)泡沫的形成與對(duì)策基于行為金融學(xué)理論學(xué)院(部、所)學(xué)院(部、所)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院專業(yè)業(yè)金融學(xué)金融學(xué)姓名名楊騰珺導(dǎo)師師楊定華教授楊定華教授論文起止時(shí)間2010年5月2011年5月摘要I摘要比起標(biāo)準(zhǔn)金融學(xué),行為金融學(xué)在解釋市場(chǎng)異象方面有其優(yōu)勢(shì),它結(jié)合了心理學(xué)、行為學(xué)等學(xué)科的研究成果,拓寬了傳統(tǒng)金融學(xué)的研究范圍。有效市場(chǎng)理論給出了一個(gè)完美的市場(chǎng),市場(chǎng)能自動(dòng)達(dá)到均衡。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,投資者很難做到完全理性,非理性行為又存在一定的共同性,套利也并非是無限套利而是受到一定的限制,因此投資者的決策過程并不會(huì)像有效市場(chǎng)理論給出的那樣,而是具有一定的偏差。行為金融學(xué)的核心就是要研究投資者的實(shí)際決策過程。反應(yīng)不足、反應(yīng)過度和正反饋交易是行為金融學(xué)指出的三個(gè)非理性行為。由于存在守舊性偏差噪音交易者對(duì)新信息表現(xiàn)出反應(yīng)不足,新信息帶來的影響會(huì)逐漸反應(yīng)到股價(jià)中去;另一方面,由于代表性偏差投資者又會(huì)對(duì)信息反應(yīng)過度,使價(jià)格超過理性預(yù)期。在實(shí)際交易過程中,噪音交易者由于信息不對(duì)稱、專業(yè)知識(shí)缺乏等原因,會(huì)采用正反饋交易策略,即在股價(jià)上漲時(shí)買入,在股價(jià)下跌時(shí)賣出。正是由于反應(yīng)不足、反應(yīng)過度和正反饋交易的存在,使得股票的價(jià)格偏離其內(nèi)在價(jià)值。關(guān)于泡沫形成的理論大致可以分為四類理性投機(jī)泡沫理論、非理性投機(jī)泡沫理論、混合理論泡沫理論和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境泡沫理論。前三種理論是關(guān)于泡沫形成的內(nèi)因研究,只是每種理論的假設(shè)前提不同;第四種是泡沫形成的外因,主要從制度、文化等因素入手。行為金融學(xué)中的正反饋交易理論屬于非理性投機(jī)泡沫理論的范疇,雖然能很好的解釋資產(chǎn)泡沫,但其中存在兩方面的缺陷一、泡沫形成過程的解釋不完整。本文認(rèn)為一個(gè)完整的泡沫形成過程應(yīng)分為三個(gè)階段泡沫的開始、泡沫的脹大以及泡沫的破裂,正反饋交易理論主要解釋了泡沫是如何脹大的,對(duì)泡沫的開始和破裂解釋并不完整。二、泡沫的起源不合理。正反饋交易理論認(rèn)為,泡沫的開始是因?yàn)樘桌叩玫搅藘?nèi)部信息,并利用內(nèi)部信息拉高價(jià)格引起正反饋交易,但現(xiàn)實(shí)中,套利者沒有內(nèi)部信息也能引起正反饋交易,使得價(jià)格偏離價(jià)值,進(jìn)而形成泡沫。本文在梳理關(guān)于泡沫形成理論的同時(shí),整理了行為金融學(xué)關(guān)于反應(yīng)不足、反應(yīng)過度和正反饋交易的相關(guān)研究。在正反饋交易模型的基礎(chǔ)上,加入了反應(yīng)不
