簡(jiǎn)介:I分類號(hào)G8124學(xué)校單位代碼10446碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目論文題目義務(wù)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員體育行為的社會(huì)學(xué)研究以魯西南晨晚練點(diǎn)指導(dǎo)者為例研究生姓名劉東輝學(xué)科、專業(yè)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)研究方向體育教育理論與實(shí)踐導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱周全教授論文完成時(shí)間2013年4月III全民健身計(jì)劃綱要的頒布將全民健身事業(yè)推向了高潮,作為群眾體育事業(yè)的組織者、指導(dǎo)者,社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員是我國(guó)群眾體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)中的不可缺少的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的成功申辦和召開意味著我國(guó)在體育事業(yè)上取得巨大的成就。群眾體育事業(yè)也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展起來,體育指導(dǎo)員的社會(huì)地位和價(jià)值更加突出。如何正確指導(dǎo)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的工作,發(fā)揮體育指導(dǎo)員在群眾體育事業(yè)中的作用,是一個(gè)值得深入研究的課題。本文綜合采用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,通過對(duì)魯西南地區(qū)晨晚練點(diǎn)義務(wù)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的調(diào)查與研究,對(duì)的該地區(qū)義務(wù)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的基本情況、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社會(huì)支持和主觀幸福感進(jìn)行了社會(huì)學(xué)分析,在調(diào)查中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了該地區(qū)義務(wù)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員在工作和隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問題,并提出了相對(duì)的改進(jìn)對(duì)策。研究結(jié)論如下1魯西南地區(qū)晨晚練點(diǎn)的指導(dǎo)員有著良好的指導(dǎo)習(xí)慣和指導(dǎo)動(dòng)機(jī),指導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍中女性占得較多,男性較少,他們大都把強(qiáng)身健體、預(yù)防疾病作為體育鍛煉活動(dòng)參與動(dòng)機(jī)的首選,說明義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員對(duì)全民健身思想的理解較為深刻。另外該地區(qū)晨晚練點(diǎn)的指導(dǎo)員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)偏大,一方面指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容過于保守,另一方面缺少專業(yè)健身知識(shí)的傳送。另外從運(yùn)動(dòng)行為特征來看,魯西南地區(qū)義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員運(yùn)動(dòng)頻率較大。2、魯西南晨晚練點(diǎn)的義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員普遍有著較大的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)。510人經(jīng)常聯(lián)系的規(guī)模比較大,1015人經(jīng)常聯(lián)系的規(guī)模也有一定的比例。3、魯西南地區(qū)晨晚練點(diǎn)義務(wù)社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員的社會(huì)支持力量的主要來源依次是家庭,朋友、鄰居和同事,以及社會(huì)制度和團(tuán)體參與支持。4、魯西南晨晚練點(diǎn)的體育指導(dǎo)員中,60歲以上指導(dǎo)員幸福感的四個(gè)維度得分均最高,可知幸福感最高。支持體驗(yàn)和知足充足體驗(yàn)由高到低排序?yàn)?0歲以上年齡段、4559歲年齡段、30歲以下年齡段、3144歲年齡段。舒適感體驗(yàn)和自主充實(shí)體驗(yàn)的得分都為60歲以上年齡段的義務(wù)體育指導(dǎo)員最高,其次是4559歲和30歲以下年齡段、3144歲年齡段指導(dǎo)員得分最低。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞大眾體育;社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)員;社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò);社會(huì)支持;主觀幸福感
