簡(jiǎn)介:隨著信息技術(shù)在高等職業(yè)教育中應(yīng)用的日益廣泛和不斷深入,高等職業(yè)教育信息化的內(nèi)容已經(jīng)逐步從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閿?shù)字化教學(xué)資源的建設(shè),數(shù)字化教學(xué)資源能為師生的教與學(xué)提供一個(gè)良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。因此研究和探索適合高等職業(yè)教育特色的教學(xué)資源建設(shè)方案在提高和改進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)方法、優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)境、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量等方面都具有十分重要的意義。綜觀目前高等職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)資源建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然很多高職院校都建立了自己的教學(xué)資源庫(kù),但是很多都沒(méi)有遵循教學(xué)資源建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),從而造成了資源共享和傳輸?shù)睦щy,在一定程度上阻礙了高等職業(yè)教育信息化的進(jìn)程。結(jié)合我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn),本文提出了依據(jù)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系CELTS為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)依據(jù)的高等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)資源建設(shè)方案。全文共分四個(gè)部分,第一部分介紹了教學(xué)資源建設(shè)方面的相關(guān)概念并針對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育的特點(diǎn)對(duì)目前高等職業(yè)院校在教學(xué)資源建設(shè)中普遍存在的問(wèn)題做了分析;第二部分分析了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外在教學(xué)資源建設(shè)方面的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并明確了高等職業(yè)教育中教學(xué)資源建設(shè)應(yīng)該遵循的具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn);第三部分依據(jù)CELTS教學(xué)資源建設(shè)的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出了高等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)資源建設(shè)的總體思想及設(shè)計(jì)原則并從內(nèi)容、總體結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)功能三個(gè)方面對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)資源系統(tǒng)做了分析與設(shè)計(jì);第四部分就教學(xué)資源建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)運(yùn)行環(huán)境做了分析,并針對(duì)高等職業(yè)教育中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的視頻教學(xué)資源做了案例分析。

簡(jiǎn)介:本論文以我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)為背景,通過(guò)研究農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中對(duì)農(nóng)村人力資源的開發(fā)、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化的加速、農(nóng)民市民化的養(yǎng)成以及對(duì)農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力有序轉(zhuǎn)移的促進(jìn)作用,從宏觀上探索我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展策略問(wèn)題。論文總體包括三部分。第一部分首先就建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的背景和意義進(jìn)行了宏觀研究,并對(duì)國(guó)外一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家職業(yè)教育促進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了具體分析,借鑒國(guó)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際國(guó)情,得出幾點(diǎn)啟示。論文第二部分從社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,并且對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了評(píng)析,分析了我國(guó)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育對(duì)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的不適應(yīng)性及其原因。基于上述研究并針對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)對(duì)農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的要求和挑戰(zhàn),論文在結(jié)論部分從宏觀和微觀職業(yè)教育自身兩方面對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村背景下的農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展提出了策略,即宏觀方面積極提升職業(yè)教育在社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的戰(zhàn)略地位;通過(guò)立法促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育服務(wù)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村;強(qiáng)化政府在農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中投資的主體地位;立體合作,建立多通道的職業(yè)教育經(jīng)費(fèi)渠道。微觀層面加大宣傳力度,激發(fā)農(nóng)民的職業(yè)教育需求;加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育的服務(wù)質(zhì)量;提高辦學(xué)機(jī)制的靈活性,發(fā)展多形式的農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育優(yōu)化、完善農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育體系結(jié)構(gòu),提升服務(wù)效能;樹立大職教觀,有效整合農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育資源;建立健全就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,構(gòu)筑農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移的平臺(tái);構(gòu)建多元化的農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式。
