簡介:貴州大學(xué)碩士研究生畢業(yè)論文分類號密級論文編號貴州大學(xué)2012屆碩士研究生學(xué)位論文偏心及共振對航空高速電機(jī)軸的疲勞研究學(xué)科專業(yè)機(jī)械制造及自動化研究方向現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)設(shè)備制造導(dǎo)師張衛(wèi)研究生劉剛中國﹒貴州﹒貴陽2015年3月貴州大學(xué)碩士研究生畢業(yè)論文I偏心及共振對航空高速電機(jī)軸的疲勞研究摘要在現(xiàn)代軸類零件疲勞壽命研究中,由于安裝誤差而引起兩軸承之間不對稱產(chǎn)生偏角的研究已經(jīng)有很多且很成熟,但是由于振動以及安裝誤差而引起軸端的偏心對軸的疲勞壽命研究分析很少,且針對偏心及振動提出一個普遍實用的解決方法也很少。所以對軸類零件進(jìn)行共振驗證以及軸端偏心對疲勞壽命的影響研究具有十分重要的意義。本文通過對斷軸斷面形貌斷裂紋理分析,得到了此軸類零件斷裂主要是由于偏心、振動、斷口端面在旋轉(zhuǎn)的同時承受彎矩共同作用,斷裂性質(zhì)均為扭矩剪切應(yīng)力作用下形成的過載斷裂。對電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)子動力學(xué)分析,得到了轉(zhuǎn)子的三階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速15655RMIN,22558RMIN,22765RMIN,與電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速11076RMIN對比,接近轉(zhuǎn)速安全裕度分別為858和509,均大于危險裕度10,研究說明了電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子不會因為臨界轉(zhuǎn)速與額定轉(zhuǎn)速接近而發(fā)生共振影響軸的疲勞壽命,同時通過模態(tài)仿真分析與固有頻率試驗分析驗證了仿真與試驗數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性同時也說明了電機(jī)不會因為固有頻率而引起共振對軸疲勞壽命產(chǎn)生影響。對軸伸端進(jìn)行實際偏心及應(yīng)力理論計算,實際極限偏心為0125MM,軸上薄弱處應(yīng)力值大小為78544MPA,通過ANSYS有限元仿真分析軟件對航空電機(jī)主軸進(jìn)行模擬工況邊界條件應(yīng)力分析得到軸上薄弱處應(yīng)力大小為752MPA,驗證了計算結(jié)果與仿真分析的準(zhǔn)確性,為主軸應(yīng)力設(shè)計提供了可參考依據(jù)。查閱航空材料手冊得到了30CRMNSI材料的疲勞壽命曲線,并求得了曲線上13個應(yīng)力點對應(yīng)的疲勞壽命循環(huán)次數(shù),根據(jù)斷軸處應(yīng)力大小和SN曲線擬合得到斷軸處的疲勞壽命為20674個周期。針對在偏心及振動對軸類零件疲勞壽命的影響,提出了軸承在預(yù)緊力下及在軸承與襯套之間添加橡膠墊圈起到減振及偏心固定端轉(zhuǎn)移的目的使軸類零件壽命得到了大大的提高,并且通過每200H記錄電機(jī)前端、后端、后端側(cè)面振動的方法對電機(jī)進(jìn)行了1500H的壽命實驗,且電機(jī)各部件仍能正常工作。通過理論有限元仿真讓改善前后軸上薄弱處應(yīng)力對比,未加橡膠圈時軸上薄弱處應(yīng)力為78544MPA,加了橡膠圈后軸上薄弱處應(yīng)力大小為9578MPA,說明在相同極限偏心0125MM下,軸承與襯套接觸面開槽加橡膠圈的方法使軸上薄弱處應(yīng)力大大的減小。為今后軸類零件提高疲勞壽命的實際運用方法研究提供了可參考的理論依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵字偏心;共振;理論驗證;有限元仿真;疲勞壽命
