簡介:鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物通過罐車運(yùn)輸時(shí)通常具有運(yùn)量大、運(yùn)輸距離長、運(yùn)輸范圍廣,在中轉(zhuǎn)過程中作業(yè)難度大等特點(diǎn),而危險(xiǎn)貨物自身又具有特殊的化學(xué)性質(zhì),在運(yùn)輸過程中一旦發(fā)生事故,很可能造成嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染和人身傷害。因此,做好鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物罐車運(yùn)輸?shù)陌踩婪豆ぷ饕恢笔氰F路部門高度重視的問題。在鐵路信息化不斷完善的今天,對(duì)鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物罐車運(yùn)輸全過程進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)安全隱患并將潛在危險(xiǎn)消除在萌芽狀態(tài),是保障鐵路罐車運(yùn)輸安全的重要手段。本文對(duì)鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物罐車運(yùn)輸安全監(jiān)控中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。首先,本文在國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀和事故案例,確定了監(jiān)控參量,即將罐車運(yùn)行軌跡、車速、載重以及罐車內(nèi)部溫度、空氣濕度、壓強(qiáng)、壓力、介質(zhì)密度、液面高度等參量作為重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控對(duì)象。同時(shí)提出將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物罐車運(yùn)輸監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中來,對(duì)監(jiān)控中涉及的傳感器技術(shù)、無線通信技術(shù)、GPS技術(shù)、GIS技術(shù)做了分析和研究。然后,針對(duì)監(jiān)控中使用單一傳感器在單一測點(diǎn)獲取貨物狀態(tài)參量時(shí)通常會(huì)出現(xiàn)誤差甚至錯(cuò)誤的問題,提出使用多個(gè)傳感器在多個(gè)測點(diǎn)獲取信息,然后將獲取的多源信息進(jìn)行綜合處理,最后得到可靠的結(jié)果。對(duì)此,設(shè)計(jì)了基于貝葉斯估計(jì)的多傳感器信息融合算法,并通過示例進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證;針對(duì)以往使用單一測速設(shè)備以及動(dòng)態(tài)軌道衡來測量車輛是否超速和超載時(shí)存在誤差甚至錯(cuò)誤的問題,提出采用基于多個(gè)測點(diǎn)的智能報(bào)警評(píng)判算法,在單點(diǎn)檢測設(shè)備做出的貨物裝載狀態(tài)報(bào)警評(píng)判結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮其它各種影響因素,最終做出罐車裝載狀態(tài)報(bào)警等級(jí)的綜合評(píng)判,從而提高報(bào)警的準(zhǔn)確性,進(jìn)而以徐州北站京下正線測點(diǎn)超載檢測數(shù)據(jù)為例,驗(yàn)證了該算法的可靠性。最后,從建設(shè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的必要性和可行性出發(fā),提出構(gòu)建以危險(xiǎn)貨物辦理站、車務(wù)段、鐵路局、鐵路總公司為主體的4級(jí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控體系,并給每一級(jí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)賦予了不同的功能和職責(zé)。最終,完成對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)以及監(jiān)控終端系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工作。
