    • 簡介:上海大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文美國管理理論運用于中國企業(yè)過程中的文化整合研究姓名劉同申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)英語語言文學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師莊恩平20050401理理論成功借鑒、運用,從而充分發(fā)揮出巨大管理效應(yīng)的有效方式。為了能夠比較詳盡地研究這一課題,本論文在前言中回顧了中外學(xué)者在跨文化交際,特別是跨文化商務(wù)溝通領(lǐng)域的諸多理論研究,從而展現(xiàn)這一以文化整合為研究趨勢的領(lǐng)域在當(dāng)代最前沿的跨文化商務(wù)研究的理論成果。本論文的第一章對中美的文化差異進(jìn)行了比較。本章節(jié)首先介紹了作為國家文化衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的四個文化維度。進(jìn)而對比了中國在高權(quán)力距離、集體主義、高不確定性規(guī)避和女性化的文化維度與美國的低權(quán)力距離、個體主義、低不確定性規(guī)避和男性化文化維度,并對與之相關(guān)聯(lián)文化價值體系的差異也加以了對照。第二章對中美兩國的文化整合進(jìn)行了闡述。本章節(jié)首先指出了美國管理理論在跨文化運用中對文化整合的需要。繼而對作為中美兩國的文化整合基礎(chǔ)的節(jié)儉和頑強的共同價值觀進(jìn)行了闡述。最后,本章節(jié)對作為將美國管理理論成功運用于中國企業(yè)的文化整合進(jìn)行了詳盡地說明和解釋。第三章是本論文的重點。本章節(jié)首先對包括需求層次理論、雙因理論、成就動機(jī)理論以及期望理論在內(nèi)的當(dāng)代美國動機(jī)理論所蘊含的文化價值觀進(jìn)行了剖析。然后,本章節(jié)對比了這些理論中蘊涵的美國文化價值觀與所對應(yīng)的中國文化價值觀的差異。繼而對利用文化整合將美國激勵理論成功運用于中國企業(yè)的運作方式進(jìn)行了闡述。接著,本章節(jié)對對包括行為理論、目標(biāo)管理、情景理論以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者參與理論在內(nèi)的當(dāng)代美國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論所蘊含的文化價值觀進(jìn)行了剖析。然后,本章節(jié)對比了這些理論中蘊涵的美國文化價值觀與所對應(yīng)的中國文化價值觀的差異。繼而對利用文化整合將美國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論成功運用于中國企業(yè)的運作方式進(jìn)行了闡述。最后,本章節(jié)對對包括組織設(shè)計理念、全面質(zhì)量管理、機(jī)械和有機(jī)組織結(jié)構(gòu)在內(nèi)的當(dāng)代美國組織理論所蘊含的文化價值觀進(jìn)行了剖析。然后,本章節(jié)對比了這些理論中蘊涵的美國文化價值觀與所對應(yīng)的中國文化價值觀的差異。繼而對通過文化整合將美國組織理論成功運用于中國企業(yè)的運作方式進(jìn)行了闡述。本論文的結(jié)論認(rèn)為通過文化整合,中國的企業(yè)最終會成功借鑒美國的動機(jī)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和組織理論所蘊含的精華,使其在中國企業(yè)內(nèi)發(fā)揮出巨大的管理效應(yīng)。相信本論文所作的探討會有助于美國管理理論在中國的成功運用并會有助于中國自身管理理論以及管理思想的發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞跨文化商務(wù)溝通;中美文化差異;美國管理理論的運用;文化整合

    • 簡介:浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)績效的相關(guān)性研究基于利益相關(guān)者理論視角分析姓名吳志霞申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)企業(yè)管理指導(dǎo)教師蔡寧20051101成本及其收益,并從成本收益的組合角度分析了企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)績效的不同的相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)論認(rèn)為,當(dāng)企業(yè)文化收益大于企業(yè)文化成本時,企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)績效呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,然而企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)績效并不都是正相關(guān)的,因此,企業(yè)應(yīng)該適時修正和變革企業(yè)文化,以使得企業(yè)文化能夠符合利益相關(guān)者各方的期望。第七章是案例分析。第八章是歸納出本文研究結(jié)論,并給出今后研究可以進(jìn)一步探討的問題。關(guān)鍵詞企業(yè)文化、利益相關(guān)者、企業(yè)績效LLI
