簡(jiǎn)介:改革開放以來我國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成就,人民生活水平和城市化水平均明顯提高,城市交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)也得到了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展。尤其是20世紀(jì)90年代以來我國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,政府制定的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和交通政策,對(duì)我國城市交通運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展起到了重要的指導(dǎo)作用。公共交通是城市交通運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾M成部分之一,它具有運(yùn)客量大、占用街道和停車用地少,綜合客運(yùn)成本低、能源消耗少、環(huán)境效益好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),發(fā)展公共交通已經(jīng)成為解決大城市交通問題的有效途徑之一,公共交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的好壞影響城市環(huán)境質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而影響著城市發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性。城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展同城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間有著密切的聯(lián)系,兩者相互促進(jìn)、相互影響;城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),反過來,城市交通運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展也可以帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。目前我國城市正面臨城市化和機(jī)動(dòng)化兩大挑戰(zhàn),交通運(yùn)輸作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)于整個(gè)城市和區(qū)域的發(fā)展的影響深遠(yuǎn)。本文選取全國183個(gè)地級(jí)及以上城市,從中國城市統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒中選取反映城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展情況的客運(yùn)量、貨運(yùn)量、人均道路鋪裝面積、萬人公共汽電車擁有量、出租車數(shù)量和公共汽電車客運(yùn)總數(shù)等指標(biāo),在SPSS113中采用主成份分析法,并結(jié)合GIS圖形分析軟件,研究1991~2003年間我國城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展水平和發(fā)展特征的空間差異及變動(dòng)情況,并做出合理的解釋。論文共分六章,第一章為國內(nèi)外有關(guān)城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展、區(qū)域交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展和空間差異研究的文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二章在前面綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,提出本文的研究設(shè)計(jì),包括研究的背景、目的、意義、框架結(jié)構(gòu)等。第三章是研究背景分析,首先介紹了我國城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的歷程,然后分析1991~2003年我國客運(yùn)量、貨運(yùn)量等反映交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的相關(guān)指標(biāo)發(fā)展變動(dòng)的情況,最后分析客運(yùn)量、貨運(yùn)量等反映交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的相關(guān)指標(biāo)在1991年、1995年、1999年和2003年四個(gè)年份變異系數(shù)的變化,從而闡明我國城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展差異變動(dòng)情況。結(jié)果表明,1991~2003年間我國城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展迅速,城市之間交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的差異大體上呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì)。第四章為論文的主體部分,通過主成份分析,構(gòu)建表征交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展水平的綜合指數(shù),結(jié)合GIS空間分析技術(shù),研究我國城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展水平和發(fā)展特征差異的空間狀態(tài)及其變動(dòng)情況。結(jié)果表明1991~2003年我國華北和華東地區(qū)城市道路發(fā)展水平較高,大城市的公共交通運(yùn)輸服務(wù)水平較高,長江三角洲和珠江三角洲地區(qū)的運(yùn)輸量較大;長江三角洲、珠江三角洲以及京廣線沿線的部分地區(qū)城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展水平較高,江蘇省、河南省、山東省的大多數(shù)城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展水平提升較高。第五章是有關(guān)影響我國城市交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展空間差異變動(dòng)的要素分析,包括地理與歷史發(fā)展因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、制度和政策因素等。研究表明,城市的交通運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展是多因素綜合作用的結(jié)果,在不同發(fā)展階段、不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平條件和政策制度背景下,各種因素的作用程度也不同。最后一章在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得出論文的結(jié)論,并指出需進(jìn)一步探討的問題。
