簡介:山東師范大學碩士學位論文區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育教學研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對策研究姓名宋玉良申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導教師魏薇20060410山東師范大學碩士學位論文區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育教學研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對策研究中文摘要職業(yè)教育是國家教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,是促進經(jīng)濟、社會發(fā)展和勞動就業(yè)的重要保障。2005年國務院關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的決定指出“落實科學發(fā)展觀,把發(fā)展職業(yè)教育作為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要基礎和教育工作的戰(zhàn)略重點?!薄暗?010年,中等職業(yè)教育招生規(guī)模達到800萬人,與普通高中招生規(guī)模大體相當,‘十一五’期間,為社會輸送2500多萬名中等職業(yè)學校畢業(yè)生?!?005年教育部關(guān)于加快發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育的意見中指出“中等職業(yè)教育是我國高中階段教育的重要組成部分,擔負著培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計的高素質(zhì)勞動者的重要任務,是我國經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要基礎?!?005年中共山東省委、山東省人民政府關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的決定指出“2006年中等職業(yè)教育年招生要達到56萬人,在校生達到150萬人。力爭到2010年,中等職業(yè)教育招生與普通高中教育規(guī)模大體相當?!闭\然,這為職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供了又一難得的機遇,也為區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育教研工作的改革與發(fā)展提供了重要依據(jù)。但是,在教學研究領域里,仍然存在著對職教教研的地位和作用認識不足;政策規(guī)定不能落實到位,職業(yè)教育教學研究機構(gòu)不健全,至今尚未形成職教教學研究的管理體制和工作運行機制;職教教學研究工作缺失,與職教事業(yè)發(fā)展不相協(xié)調(diào);教研力量薄弱,職教教研隊伍素質(zhì)有待提高,“管理型”、“經(jīng)驗型”教研員較多,而“研究型”、“服務型”、“創(chuàng)新型”的教研員很少,等等。這些問題必須認真研究并加以解決。當前職業(yè)教育面臨的任務艱巨而繁重,發(fā)展中的困難和問題不少。因此,加強市以下職教教研工作顯得更加重要而迫切。職業(yè)教育教研工作如何適應這一新的形勢,已成為我們亟待解決的重大課題。本論文確定為“區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教學研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對策研究”,是在國家和省實行“分級管理,以市為主”的職業(yè)教育管理體制改革背景和科學發(fā)展觀呼喚職教教研轉(zhuǎn)型的新形勢下,重新對職業(yè)教育教學研究進行的審視和理性反思。本研究按照“是什么為什么怎樣做”這一邏輯思路展開,即在演變與特點、

簡介:碩士學位論文論文題目論文題目教師教育專業(yè)大學生職業(yè)勝任力的比較研究研究生姓名劉麗專業(yè)名稱應用心理學應用心理學指導教師姓名李義安李義安副教授副教授學院教育科學教育科學學院學院論文提交日期20201010年4月分類號B849單位代碼10447密級無研究生學號0710040305摘要教師勝任力評價是教師評價體系中一種很重要的評價方式,與其他評價方式相比,具有鑒別性和發(fā)展性的特點,是一個動態(tài)的模型。近幾年,由于各種原因,大學生就業(yè)難的狀況并沒有本質(zhì)上的改觀。教師教育專業(yè)的大學生面臨非師范生的大量涌入,相對于其他類型的畢業(yè)生來講競爭更加激烈。因此加強教師教育專業(yè)大學生在學校期間的各種教學理論技能的教育,提高他們實際的教學和管理能力,加強教學實踐,是解決他們就業(yè)的根本途徑。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談的方法,對聊城大學參加過頂崗支教的教師教育專業(yè)的大學生和參加實際教學工作的教師在勝任力各維度上進行比較,以在職教師為標準,觀察現(xiàn)行教師教育專業(yè)大學生教師勝任力各維度上所處的位置,希望這些結(jié)果能夠為教師教育專業(yè)大學生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃、提高學校教學質(zhì)量提供參考建議。本研究的主要結(jié)論有(1)教師教育專業(yè)大學生與在職教師在個人特質(zhì)、建立關(guān)系、信息搜集、職業(yè)偏好、尊重他人維度上存在顯著的差異,一般來講教師得分高于學生,在尊重他人維度上學生得分高。2教師教育專業(yè)大學生與不同教齡的教師作比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)與成熟期的教師在勝任力上維度上存在的差異最多,總體趨勢表現(xiàn)出,教齡越長勝任力越高的趨勢。教師教育專業(yè)大學生與成熟期教師在個人特質(zhì)維度、專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、人際溝通等維度上與的差異極其顯著。教師教育展業(yè)的大學生在關(guān)注學生、尊重他人維度上得分并不低。(3)教師教育專業(yè)的大學生與不同類型學校的教師有顯著的差異。與高中教師在建立關(guān)系、個人特質(zhì)維度上存有差異,在職業(yè)偏好和總分上高于高中教師。(4)不同職業(yè)意向的教師教育專業(yè)大學生在職業(yè)勝任力上有顯著差異,持愿意從事教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的大學生在職業(yè)勝任力在人際溝通、建立關(guān)系、信息搜集、職業(yè)偏好、理解他人維度高于持不愿意從事教師職業(yè)的大學生。(5)不同性別的教師教育專業(yè)的大學生職業(yè)勝任力上有顯著差異。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞教師教育專業(yè)大學生;在職教師;職業(yè)勝任力;比較研究
