簡介:華中師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文論高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的發(fā)展姓名朱植剛申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)行政管理指導(dǎo)教師劉筱紅200111⑧\/碩士學(xué)位論丈Ⅵ、STERSTITES【‘高職教育應(yīng)貫徹產(chǎn)教結(jié)合的原則,加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)習(xí)基地建設(shè)。高職學(xué)校就實(shí)行職業(yè)教育與生產(chǎn)勞動相結(jié)合,學(xué)校與企業(yè)相結(jié)合,貫徹以能力為本位的教學(xué)思想,建立符合教學(xué)要求的實(shí)習(xí)基地,加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué),增加學(xué)生實(shí)際動手能力,把學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)等等第一線工作的高級技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才。其次,健全和提高高職教育的學(xué)歷教育體系。擴(kuò)大中職生對口升入高職的比例,優(yōu)秀高職學(xué)員可以通過考試,“專升本”,并可繼續(xù)報考研究生高職教育應(yīng)有本科乃至碩士、博士研究生層次。最后,調(diào)整教育結(jié)構(gòu),創(chuàng)新教育模式,擴(kuò)大招生,拓寬就業(yè)渠道。高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校要以市場為導(dǎo)向,面向社會擴(kuò)大招生,調(diào)整專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),其專業(yè)設(shè)置應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及社會的需要和本校的辦學(xué)條件來決定,降低收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),學(xué)生實(shí)行勤工儉學(xué),畢業(yè)生實(shí)行學(xué)校推薦就業(yè)和個人自主擇業(yè)相結(jié)合,根據(jù)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)謀生的需要,我認(rèn)為,應(yīng)該是先謀生,再成長;先就業(yè),后擇業(yè),拓寬就業(yè)渠道。這樣,高職學(xué)校才有辦學(xué)活力,才能夠擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,成長壯大。我國的高等職業(yè)教育就能夠健康發(fā)展。高等職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的重要部分,是振興國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的保證,正面臨著一個大好的發(fā)展時機(jī),研究中國高職教育發(fā)展的要求,探討高職發(fā)展的改、革思路,是二十一世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和高等教育發(fā)展的客觀要求。I關(guān)鍵詞高職教育教育發(fā)展。

簡介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文濰坊市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生心理健康教育開展現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查姓名李惠文申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導(dǎo)教師張文新20041020摘要目前,從全國的調(diào)查研究來看,青少年學(xué)生的心理健康狀況不容樂觀。教育部先后頒布了關(guān)于中小學(xué)生心理健康教育指導(dǎo)綱要和中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生心理健康教育指導(dǎo)綱要,這為我們開展學(xué)生心理健康教育理論和實(shí)踐研究提供了綱領(lǐng)性文件,但目前存在著重理論、輕實(shí)踐、重普通高校和中小學(xué)、輕職業(yè)學(xué)校的不良傾向。本文正是在這種背景下,專門對濰坊市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生心理健康教育狀況展開調(diào)查,旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,找出規(guī)律,以便為各級教育行政部門和各類職業(yè)學(xué)校的心理健康工作提供參考。本文采用問卷和訪談的方法,對山東省濰坊市區(qū)的中等職業(yè)學(xué)校隨機(jī)抽取的123名教職工和590名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了學(xué)校心理健康教育狀況及相關(guān)情況的調(diào)查,通過SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出以下結(jié)論1濰坊市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的教師和學(xué)生對一TL理健康基本常識了解不夠,亟待通過心理健康教育來普及基本知識。2學(xué)校尤其是學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還沒有充分認(rèn)識到學(xué)校心理健康教育工作的意義和作用,對實(shí)際工作重視程度不夠。3學(xué)校心理健康教育從教人員的學(xué)歷層次不高,無專業(yè)背景,對心理健康教育的知識和技能掌握不夠,幾乎沒有參加過系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)。4大部分學(xué)校沒有用于心理健康教育的機(jī)構(gòu)和設(shè)施,僅有的少量設(shè)施也僅供擺設(shè)而己。5大部分中等職業(yè)學(xué)校尚未開展系統(tǒng)的心理健康教育工作極個別開展了類似工作的學(xué)校在工作中存在形式主義、學(xué)科化傾向、德育化傾向,心理健康測評不科學(xué),影響了心理健康教育工作的實(shí)效性。

簡介:THESISFORMSOFCENTRALSOUTHUNIVERSITYRESEAREHOFTHE勺BEATIONALEDUEATIONNETWORKCOURSESPEEIALITYRCSC盯CHDIRCCTIOFLPOSTGRADUATETLLTOFSEDUEATIONALTECHNOLOGYNETWORKEDUCATIONTECHNOLOGYCSU,CHANGSHA,HUNANNOV,2006摘要隨著人類社會步入知識經(jīng)濟(jì)與信息時代,通訊與信息技術(shù)CIT‘一一COMMUNIEATIONANDHIFMATIONTEEHNOLOGY強(qiáng)有力地沖擊著社會的各個角落。作為教育事業(yè)中與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展最直接、最密切的職業(yè)教育已越來越被社會所關(guān)注。而在網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,如何高質(zhì)量、高效率的開發(fā)符合職業(yè)教育教學(xué)、具有鮮明職業(yè)特色的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程,在深化職業(yè)教育的改革過程中也就顯得尤為重要。本文研究的重點(diǎn)是如何通過各種現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段和現(xiàn)代教育教學(xué)理念來設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)適合于職業(yè)教育的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程。在調(diào)查研究了相對發(fā)達(dá)國家在職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域的一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我國職業(yè)教育教學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)中的不足之處的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循我國職業(yè)教育改革的方向,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下職業(yè)教育受眾的學(xué)習(xí)特性與社會現(xiàn)實(shí)需求分析入手,探討構(gòu)建職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的目標(biāo)與組織原則。在隨后的研究工作當(dāng)中,通過對比分析了幾種學(xué)習(xí)理論后,提出了以“建構(gòu)主義”學(xué)習(xí)理論作為課程建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想,并探討了如何將該類教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)思想有機(jī)的溶入到具體課程開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中。在整個研究過程當(dāng)中,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的方法,將理論研究得出的成果有效地應(yīng)用于一具體職業(yè)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程中加以實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文在第五章中陳述了這一應(yīng)用以及實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程。文章最后對本次研究工作進(jìn)行了,總結(jié)與展望。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育,網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程,建構(gòu)主義
