簡介:首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文碩士學(xué)位論文THESISOFMASTERDEGREETHESISOFMASTERDEGREE論文題目我國幼兒教育財政投入優(yōu)化研究論文題目我國幼兒教育財政投入優(yōu)化研究院系財政稅務(wù)學(xué)院專業(yè)財政學(xué)學(xué)號22009090403作者王敬指導(dǎo)教師楊全社副教授完成日期2012年5月首都經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國幼兒教育財政投入優(yōu)化研究I內(nèi)容摘要內(nèi)容摘要幼兒階段是個人智力開發(fā)、人格健全的關(guān)鍵時期,幼兒教育對個人的個性品質(zhì)形成具有重要作用,幼兒教育的質(zhì)量關(guān)系著人類社會的繁衍和延續(xù)。但近些年來“入園難、入園貴”問題成為我國廣大人民的呼聲,幼兒教育財政投入總量不足、分配不均等問題困擾著我國幼兒教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。幼兒教育雖然是非義務(wù)教育,但是它對人類社會的發(fā)展起著非常重要的作用,幼兒教育屬于社會公益事業(yè),那么政府是否應(yīng)該對幼兒教育的投入問題負(fù)責(zé),這是文章要研究的第一個問題。如果政府應(yīng)該投入幼兒教育,那么投入多少能夠兼顧效率和公平,滿足人民大眾現(xiàn)階段對幼兒教育的需求是文章研究的第二個問題。針對以上兩個問題,文章圍繞以下方面進(jìn)行論述第一部分主要介紹論文的選題意義,包括理論和實(shí)踐意義,國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,論文的研究內(nèi)容、思路方法以及創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分從幼兒教育的正外部性、幼兒教育的公平與效率問題、人力資本理論和委托代理理論四個角度出發(fā)論證了政府為什么要對幼兒教育進(jìn)行財政投入。第三部分分析了城鎮(zhèn)和鄉(xiāng)村的幼兒教育財政投入政策的形成和發(fā)展過程。第四部分通過對已有的數(shù)據(jù)資料的整理分析,得出我國幼兒教育存在的投入總量不足、資源分配不均衡、缺乏資助處境不利兒童的專門政策、幼兒教師同工不同酬、缺乏幼兒教育財政投入績效評價體系等問題。第五部分為了提高財政資金投入使用的效率以及實(shí)現(xiàn)幼兒教育資源的公平,建立了幼兒教育財政投入績效評價體系,以此來衡量我國幼兒教育的發(fā)展水平。第六部分圍繞如何優(yōu)化幼兒教育財政投入提出了自己的建議。本文的觀點(diǎn)是導(dǎo)致幼兒教育財政投入效率低、分配不公平的主要原因是政府財政投入體制不完善、幼兒教育財政投入法制不健全,本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)通過建立幼兒教育財政投入績效評價體系,加大幼兒教育財政投入力度,健全幼兒教育財政投入體制,規(guī)范幼兒教育財政轉(zhuǎn)移制度等相關(guān)保障政策來促進(jìn)幼兒教育的發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞幼兒教育財政投入、效率和公平、績效評價、投入優(yōu)化

簡介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文幼兒關(guān)愛行為的現(xiàn)狀、問題與教育對策以德州市4所幼兒園為例姓名杜蕾申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師唐漢衛(wèi)20080407山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要社會的進(jìn)步、時代的發(fā)展、生活環(huán)境的復(fù)雜多變等給人們帶來了激烈的價值沖擊。但是,無論世界如何變化,人類賴以生存的關(guān)愛美德不能喪失。關(guān)愛不僅是一個人的品質(zhì),它更是人類的一種存在形式。關(guān)愛行為是個體社會化的重要內(nèi)容,是一種積極的社會活動,是人類最基本的生存保障。本文主要圍繞幼兒關(guān)愛行為的培養(yǎng)展開研究。古人曾說過,成若天性,習(xí)慣成自然。幼兒階段是關(guān)愛意識培養(yǎng)、關(guān)愛情感陶冶、關(guān)愛行為養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵時期,我們只有從幼兒甚至更小的時候開始,從點(diǎn)滴抓起,讓孩子從小形成關(guān)愛行為習(xí)慣,才能事半功倍,取得良好的教育效果。特別是21世紀(jì)的今天,大部分的孩子都是獨(dú)生子女,家庭中的獨(dú)特地位,經(jīng)濟(jì)上的相對富足,社會競爭的日趨激烈,社會環(huán)境的復(fù)雜多變所帶來的孩子的各種行為問題已經(jīng)引起家庭、學(xué)校和社會的普遍關(guān)注。面對幼兒所出現(xiàn)的越來越嚴(yán)重的不良行為,將關(guān)愛行為的培養(yǎng)作為道德教育的核心任務(wù)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)實(shí)社會發(fā)展的客觀需要。本文系統(tǒng)地論述了有關(guān)幼兒關(guān)愛行為培養(yǎng)方面的內(nèi)容首先,介紹了產(chǎn)生幼兒關(guān)愛行為培養(yǎng)需求的歷史背景、社會意義及相關(guān)內(nèi)容的研究現(xiàn)狀。幼兒關(guān)愛行為的培養(yǎng)是時代進(jìn)步的要求,人類發(fā)展的保證。目前有很多人就幼兒行為養(yǎng)成、關(guān)愛情感培養(yǎng)等方面進(jìn)行了大量艱苦的調(diào)查研究,筆者從這些優(yōu)秀的研究成果中吸取了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。其次,界定了行為、關(guān)愛行為、幼兒關(guān)愛行為等相關(guān)概念的豐富內(nèi)涵,不同的理論工作者從不同的角度對上述概念有著不同的界定與理解,筆者也在文章中就以上概念談了自己的認(rèn)識與拙見。第三,分析了幼兒關(guān)愛行為的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并且從幼兒自身、家庭熏陶、幼兒園教育和自然與社會因素四個方面對幼兒關(guān)愛行為產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了深入探討。許多調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),目前我國幼兒關(guān)愛行為的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,很多孩子不同程度地存在錯誤或片面認(rèn)識關(guān)愛行為,缺少關(guān)愛技能技巧,沒有關(guān)愛踐行能力等方面的問題,這些問題的存在是多方面因素共同作用的結(jié)果,本文著重從幼兒自身、家庭熏陶、幼兒園教育和自然與社會因素四個方面進(jìn)行闡述。第四,論述了幼兒關(guān)愛行為培養(yǎng)的理論依據(jù)。培養(yǎng)幼兒的關(guān)愛行為有著極其豐富的理論依據(jù),本文著重從心理學(xué)和教育學(xué)兩個角度進(jìn)行闡釋。理論是指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐、保證實(shí)效的重要根據(jù)。教育先行者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)是我們開展教育工作的指路
