2、 be summarized as the following twoaspects: the effect of blended learning need to be measured by the process evaluationindex, while process evaluation is the best way to evaluate effective blended learning.The fourth ge
3、neration evaluation theory, distributed cognitive theory as well as deeplearning theory provide theoretical basis for process evaluation model and blendedlearning model. Based on three important theories, process evaluat
4、ion and blendedlearning become clearer.The construction of process evaluation model follows the following logical path: Thelearner plays the main role of the process evaluation and all the stakeholdersparticipate. Evalua
5、tion includes motivation, process, effect and the relationship amongthe three elements above. The purpose of evaluation is to optimize the learningprocess and realize the development of quality. Operational definition is
6、 thefoundation of conduct behavioral assumptions. Project reference frame of processevaluation is established later, which includes three dimension, they’re learningmotivation, learning process as well as learning resour
7、ces. Then each dimension isdecomposed into primary index and secondary indexes. Based on the operationaldefinition of each secondary index, a process evaluation model is provided.Online resources and offline communicatio
8、n support mixed learning together, whichis a flexible learning method combining network environment and classroomenvironment. It also combines learning analysis, learning practice and learningintegration in order to achi
