    • 簡介:對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學碩士學位論文論文題目近代埃及高等教育利弊分析主題詞埃及高等教育利弊寫作時間2QQ5生窆且至2QQ魚生壘且Y。882655序言埃及是非洲教育最發(fā)達的國家之一,其高等教育培養(yǎng)出來的人才不僅在埃及的經(jīng)濟建設中發(fā)揮了作用,使本國的綜合國力得到加強,在非洲和中東阿拉伯國家的領導地位得以鞏固,同時。埃及的高等教育政策和指導方針還解決了困擾非洲高等教育經(jīng)費的和普及高等教育的矛盾,并且為鄰國提供了許多有用人才,在各國家的發(fā)展建設中發(fā)揮了一定的作用??梢哉f埃及的高等教育是成功的,是非洲高等教育的典范。我國目前有一些介紹埃及教育的書籍,博、碩士論文包含埃及教育內(nèi)容的也有一部分。但是專門論述埃及高等教育的書籍和論文幾乎沒有。在已有的著作和博、碩士論文中涉及埃及高等教育部分的劃分也各有特點。每一部著作都是根據(jù)自己的整體需要來劃分埃及的教育史。其中有的是按照20世紀前期的埃及教育和二戰(zhàn)以后的埃及教育來劃分,也有的是簡略介紹埃及的艾資哈爾大學之后,從1908年埃及第一所世俗大學的成立開始,按照執(zhí)政者的年代劃分高等教育階段的。本文便是按照后者的劃分方法對埃及的高等教育進行論述的。埃及的高等教育開始于艾資哈爾大學,該大學建于公元十世紀。當時“綠衣大食”的法蒂瑪王朝哈里發(fā)阿齊茲在當時的艾資哈爾清真寺的基礎上建立了一所學校,是今天的艾資哈爾大學的前身。在阿齊茲的兒子哈克慕在位時,于1010年在開羅設立達勒儀勒姆大學。特別值得一提的是,這所大學打破教派壁壘,不限于什葉派教徒,遜尼派教徒也可入學學習,這是學術超越教派的先聲。遺憾的是該校只存在了119年O。同屬阿拉伯的“黑衣大食”于1065年在巴格達建立了一種高等學校,稱為“邁德賴賽”,這所學校晚于綠衣大食,而白衣大食何時產(chǎn)生大學,無從定論。我國有書籍這樣論述“自10世紀以來,作為埃及教育文化中心的艾資哈爾大學,也只是抱殘守缺,包括伊斯蘭科學的學習研究,也流于形式,自然科學如醫(yī)學之探討,更談不到了”圓?!敖逃菄业氖聵I(yè),教育就是訓練身體和陶冶心靈”。。由此可見教育對于一個國家的重要。埃及總統(tǒng)穆巴拉克對教育的認識更深刻,他將國家教育定位于國家安全的高度,成功解決了許多國家在高等教育領域中遇到的難題,使高等教育不斷進步。本論文論述從19世紀初期至今的埃及高等教育狀況展開,同時將埃及的高等教育同美國和我國的高等教育狀況進行比較及論證。。賀國慶外國高等教育史專著,人民教育出版杜,2003年第42頁。納忠阿拉伯通史下卷,商務印書館,1999年1月版,第418頁。單中惠朱鏡人外國教育經(jīng)典解讀上海教育出版社,2004年9月第1版。古希臘柏拉圖理想國L

    • 簡介:華中師范大學博士學位論文利益的博弈英國高等教育大眾化政策的制定過程研究姓名梁淑紅申請學位級別博士專業(yè)教育史指導教師楊漢麟20080401要因素是政策精英。第四章高等教育大眾化政策的縱深議題質(zhì)量與效率80年代中期一今。此時期的政策路徑發(fā)生轉換,從大眾化的外延發(fā)展轉向內(nèi)涵提升,政策重在解決高等教育的質(zhì)量和效率問題。這一時期的大眾化發(fā)展已經(jīng)深入高等教育內(nèi)部,主要集中于高等教育的自身問題,涉及的利益群體也局限于與高等教育直接相關的群體。所以,政策議題的層次已經(jīng)從政府決策層降至部門決策層。此時期的政策主要是貫徹撒切爾主義,隨著高等教育大眾化的來臨,大學與多科技術學院、多科技術學院與地方政府、中央政府與地方政府之間的矛盾趨于終結,政府與整個高等教育的關系進入一個新時期。此時期政策制定的因素主要是利益集團。以上述四章內(nèi)容為歷史依據(jù),本文在第五章對英國高等教育大眾化政策從三個方面進行了理論剖析。其一,從宏觀上分析英國高等教育大眾化政策的階段特征、政策的連續(xù)性以及保持連續(xù)性的條件。其二,在綜述英國高等教育制度變遷動因的已有研究的基礎上,借鑒新制度經(jīng)濟學的制度變遷理論提出英國高等教育大眾化政策變遷的利益驅動論及其表現(xiàn)。其三,運用薩巴蒂爾的政策分析理論一支持聯(lián)盟框架解釋英國高等教育政策制定過程中的影響因素及其相互作用。結語分為兩個部分其一,對英國高等教育大眾化政策制定過程中的利益博弈進行歸納,與論題作一呼應。其二,對本文研究的方法論問題做進一步總結和反思。關鍵詞利益博弈英國高等教育人眾化政策制定

    • 簡介:華中科技大學博士學位論文現(xiàn)代大學制度高等教育改革與發(fā)展的制度回應姓名張俊宗申請學位級別博士專業(yè)高等教育學指導教師張應強200371華中科技大學博士學位論文何解決好大學自身的發(fā)展邏輯與直接服務社會的沖突,確保大學的健康發(fā)展。圍繞這一時代課題,世界各國都積極著手現(xiàn)代大學制度的探索和嘗試,美國、德國、英國和日本代表了這一進程的四種模式。現(xiàn)代意義上的大學制度在我國出現(xiàn)于19世紀末期,由于特殊的歷史背景,制度演變具有突變性、移植性和政治依附性等特點。在經(jīng)歷了形成、確立、社會主義改造和改革開放以來的新探索等四個階段后,我國大學制度的缺陷日益凸顯,主要表現(xiàn)在高等學校實體性地位的缺失、高等學校自我行為目標的缺失、高等學校間公平競爭機制的缺失、高等教育系統(tǒng)開放性機制的缺失和學術權力與行政權力平衡機制的缺失等五個方面。基于高等教育改革的主要問題和知識經(jīng)濟背景,加快現(xiàn)代大學制度建設將是我國高等教育改革的方向和要求。我國現(xiàn)代大學制度的基本框架應是分離三種權力,政府宏觀管理,社會廣泛參與,市場適度調(diào)節(jié),高校自主辦學,民主管理學校。我國大學有著與西方大學不同的境遇,推進現(xiàn)代大學制度建設,必須注意解決好制度環(huán)境建設問題。P、/關鍵詞大學制交現(xiàn)代大學俞度知識盜濟高等裝備改革Ⅱ
