簡(jiǎn)介:我國(guó)高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化階段后,人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量成為人們關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)話題。本文研究的主要目的在于制定體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代教育思想、人本理念和高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范教育特色的本科人才培養(yǎng)方案,探討行之有效的管理制度和管理方法。論文采用了理論研究、調(diào)查研究和比較研究等方法,并進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,在河北科技師范學(xué)院原河北職業(yè)技術(shù)師范學(xué)院的實(shí)踐中取得了一些實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。研究中引入了當(dāng)今課程體系和教學(xué)內(nèi)容改革的成果,特別是吸取了河北科技師范學(xué)院在教育思想和教育觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變、課程體系構(gòu)建和教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法改革方面取得的成果,大膽借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),努力體現(xiàn)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范教育的特色,注重素質(zhì)教育和創(chuàng)新能力、個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)的培養(yǎng)。對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外教育理念的主流觀點(diǎn)和教改實(shí)踐中的成功范例進(jìn)行了概要評(píng)述,對(duì)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、管理機(jī)制改革、人才培養(yǎng)模式改革、課程體系和教學(xué)內(nèi)容更新、教學(xué)方法與手段改革、教學(xué)管理制度創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行了理論探究。為了解決人才培養(yǎng)方案改革中的理論難點(diǎn),對(duì)教育目標(biāo)的重建、學(xué)生中心地位的保障、隱性課程的顯性化、大眾化高等教育的機(jī)制創(chuàng)新、“寬進(jìn)嚴(yán)出”的管理機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新教育的實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行了理論研究,對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題提出了獨(dú)到的理論觀點(diǎn)。制定了與理論研究相對(duì)應(yīng)的體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代教育思想、人本理念和高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范教育特色的本科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案。標(biāo)定了高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范教育本科人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);構(gòu)建了體現(xiàn)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)師范教育特色,注重學(xué)生基本素質(zhì)、個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)以及實(shí)踐能力和創(chuàng)新精神培養(yǎng)的課程體系;建立了獨(dú)具特色的,包括主輔修、創(chuàng)新教育、實(shí)踐教學(xué)、考試制度等方面的教學(xué)管理制度;創(chuàng)建了提高學(xué)生文化品味、審美情趣、人文素質(zhì)和身心素質(zhì)的文化素質(zhì)教育方案;創(chuàng)立了以學(xué)分績(jī)點(diǎn)、彈性修業(yè)年限、創(chuàng)新學(xué)分為特征,充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性,發(fā)揮學(xué)生個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)的學(xué)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng);建立了專業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練、教師技能訓(xùn)練、科研技能訓(xùn)練、工種訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合的四年不斷線的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系;研究和實(shí)踐了隱性課程方案。制定的實(shí)施方案在河北科技師范學(xué)院試行,并取得了良好效果。

簡(jiǎn)介:福建師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文福州市民辦高等教育的歷史發(fā)展與變遷研究姓名鄭旻怡申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育史指導(dǎo)教師諶啟標(biāo)20070901塑絲墮型查堂堡_堡塑竺堡苧中文摘要發(fā)展民辦高等教育,是我國(guó)世紀(jì)之交的一個(gè)重大教育戰(zhàn)略,研究民辦高等教育課題具有重要而迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。福州市作為福建的省會(huì)城市,高速增長(zhǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)為民辦高等教育的發(fā)展提供了十分有利的條件。對(duì)福州現(xiàn)有的民辦高等教育的研究描述,勢(shì)必為全省其他地區(qū)今后民辦教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展打下一份夯實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于民辦教育,一般都將非國(guó)家投資舉辦的高等教育通稱為民辦高等教育。在福州的高等教育發(fā)展軌跡上,也不可避免的打上了時(shí)代的烙印。其中民辦高等教育以教會(huì)學(xué)校的形式在社會(huì)上呈現(xiàn)出來(lái),就是其典型特點(diǎn)。福建華南女子學(xué)院的設(shè)立過(guò)程就是福州民辦高等教育發(fā)展史上的一個(gè)典型案例。改革開(kāi)放20余年來(lái),特別是近幾年來(lái),福州民辦高等教育取得了令人矚目的成績(jī)。辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)類型呈現(xiàn)多元化、辦學(xué)模式多樣化、辦學(xué)規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)迅速,但是福州民辦高等教育的發(fā)展與人們的期望存在著巨大的差距。很多民辦高校還沒(méi)有從根本上擺脫生存的危機(jī),民辦高等教育發(fā)展面臨著諸多的困境,如辦學(xué)實(shí)力不強(qiáng)、教師結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理、內(nèi)部管理尚不規(guī)范、以及政策法規(guī)的不完善等等。挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存,就是對(duì)現(xiàn)今福州民辦高等教育的最好總結(jié)。21世紀(jì)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)賦予教育新的歷史發(fā)展使命,福州市民辦高等教育,以結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為主線,以教育市場(chǎng)需求為依據(jù),形成公辦高校與民辦高校共同發(fā)展的良好格局,為社會(huì)發(fā)展提供人才與智力支持。認(rèn)真研究和制定福州市民辦高等教育改革和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,更多地為海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)人才和提供智力支持,對(duì)于加快發(fā)展福州市高等教育事業(yè),推動(dòng)高等教育改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)目標(biāo),具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文簡(jiǎn)述了福州市民辦高等教育的歷程,較為詳細(xì)的從宏觀,微觀層面描述了福州民辦高等教育的現(xiàn)狀,并針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀中所存在的問(wèn)題提出了一些可行的解決思路與實(shí)際對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞福州市,民辦高等教育,歷史發(fā)展,研究

簡(jiǎn)介:中南民族大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文民辦高等教育宏觀管理體制問(wèn)題研究姓名張影申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理指導(dǎo)教師楊衛(wèi)東20040520中南民族大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文1民辦高等教育宏觀管理體制問(wèn)題研究摘要民辦高等教育是我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域改革的亮麗成果它對(duì)于增加教育供給方式為社會(huì)大眾提供更多的教育產(chǎn)品擴(kuò)大受教育機(jī)會(huì)構(gòu)建教育競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制提高辦學(xué)效率具有極其重要的制度價(jià)值民辦高等教育是一種準(zhǔn)公共產(chǎn)品它在利益上具有公私二重屬性這種公私二重利益屬性決定了它對(duì)宏觀管理體制的特殊需求一方面準(zhǔn)公共產(chǎn)品中的公共利益需要政府予以維護(hù)因此民辦高等教育在其生存發(fā)展過(guò)程中少不了經(jīng)常性的國(guó)家干預(yù)這就決定了民辦高等學(xué)校對(duì)于政府管理的高度依賴性另一方面民辦高等教育中蘊(yùn)涵的私的利益決定了政府對(duì)民辦高等教育管理需要統(tǒng)籌公私利益因而其干預(yù)應(yīng)當(dāng)恪守公私利益的界限即政府對(duì)民辦高等教育干預(yù)的有限性民辦高等教育中公益與私益的融合生長(zhǎng)決定了它對(duì)政府宏觀管理體制的要求的復(fù)雜性特殊性由于計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)與集權(quán)時(shí)期留下的思維慣性以及我國(guó)政府對(duì)民辦高等教育管理上的理論與實(shí)踐準(zhǔn)備不足現(xiàn)行的民辦高等教育宏觀管理體制體制中存在著諸如管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置不健全政府職能的越位與錯(cuò)位權(quán)力界定不清管理手段單一教育投入與服務(wù)保障機(jī)制嚴(yán)重缺乏市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入與質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)不足等大量制度性缺陷這些缺陷嚴(yán)重制約著我國(guó)民辦高等教育的健康發(fā)展因此為促進(jìn)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)雨后春筍般大量涌現(xiàn)的各類形式的民辦高等教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展改革與完善民辦高等教育宏觀管理體制是當(dāng)務(wù)之急西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家私立高等教育歷史較為悠久并且政府也形成了一整套行之有效的管理機(jī)制因此就理論和實(shí)踐準(zhǔn)備雙重不足的我國(guó)民辦高等教育管理機(jī)制而言對(duì)這些管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒十分必要盡管西方國(guó)家私立高等教育管理體制存在不同的類型但是其所立足的基礎(chǔ)大都是共同的即市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和民主政治這對(duì)于正在走向社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和民主法治政治的中國(guó)而言無(wú)疑具有實(shí)踐上的切合性健全的民辦高等教育宏觀管理體制必須立足于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和憲政國(guó)家中公共利益與私人利益的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展即發(fā)現(xiàn)民辦高等教育中所蘊(yùn)涵的公私利益
