簡(jiǎn)介:東南大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文新時(shí)期我國(guó)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展研究姓名陳華寧申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師李廉水20090325東南大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文系數(shù)R2和D一∥值檢驗(yàn)相對(duì)合理,待定系數(shù)B的值都很大,即經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展因子的單位變動(dòng)所引起的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展水平變動(dòng)很大,這說(shuō)明經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對(duì)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的影響很大,也從一個(gè)層面驗(yàn)證了省際間農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展水平差異產(chǎn)生的根源在于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的差異,并且隨著B(niǎo)值的增大,表明如果不能盡快解決國(guó)內(nèi)地域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不均衡的現(xiàn)狀,那么農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育水平的差異將有進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)。本文還對(duì)影響我國(guó)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的主要因素進(jìn)行了分析,探索了各種內(nèi)生和外生影響因素對(duì)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的相關(guān)影響。根據(jù)相關(guān)影響因素,進(jìn)而建立了農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的各影響因素的影響程度進(jìn)行交叉驗(yàn)證分析。結(jié)果表明外源變量對(duì)教育條件影響較大,影響系數(shù)達(dá)到0993,基本接近于L,而內(nèi)源變量對(duì)教育對(duì)象影響較大,影響系數(shù)達(dá)到0990;資金投入的影響程度非常大,中央和地方政府對(duì)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的資金投入、地方農(nóng)業(yè)科技投入和地方財(cái)政收入的對(duì)外源變量的影響系數(shù)分別達(dá)到0996、0964、0983和0996,都接近于L,具有決定性的作用;農(nóng)民素質(zhì)尤為重要,農(nóng)民人均受教育年限是影響程度最大的指標(biāo),影響系數(shù)達(dá)到0867,而其他變量性別、年齡、常住人口、勞動(dòng)力數(shù)、年人均純收入、種植業(yè)收入等指標(biāo)的影響系數(shù)均不超過(guò)05。發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)和影響因素分析為創(chuàng)建適宜于不同經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式提供了理論依據(jù)。在分析農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育模式的概念和基本內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)成要素的基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了不同經(jīng)濟(jì)類型地區(qū)的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育模式,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的全面教育型模式、創(chuàng)業(yè)培植型模式;經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的就業(yè)牽動(dòng)型模式、技術(shù)推廣型模式;經(jīng)濟(jì)落后地區(qū)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)傳導(dǎo)型模式、典型示范型模式等農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育模式。在農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的研究中,本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于1研究視角的創(chuàng)新。綜觀已有的研究文獻(xiàn),大多數(shù)研究集中在宏觀層面,對(duì)于農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展方面的中觀、微觀研究成果很少,從管理學(xué)的視角分析研究的基本沒(méi)有,對(duì)于農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的影響因素的研究只有比較簡(jiǎn)單的分析。本文的研究試圖彌補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)研究的缺陷,以嶄新的視角把管理學(xué)和農(nóng)村社會(huì)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論引入農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育研究上,對(duì)我國(guó)和各省市農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展程度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分析目前農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展階段以及各地區(qū)間的差異特征,繼而從內(nèi)生和外生兩個(gè)維度對(duì)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的影響因素進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的區(qū)域差異,構(gòu)建適合我國(guó)不同經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展地區(qū)的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式。這樣的研究視角在當(dāng)前農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育研究中還屬首次。2研究方法的創(chuàng)新。這一創(chuàng)新主要體現(xiàn)在實(shí)證分析中,本文在對(duì)已有定性和案例研究的成果進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用一系列數(shù)量研究方法,對(duì)我國(guó)各II
