簡(jiǎn)介:腐蝕是導(dǎo)致飛行器結(jié)構(gòu)弱化的主要因素之一直接危及飛行器的安全性、可靠性和使用壽命納米復(fù)合涂層防護(hù)技術(shù)充分發(fā)揮了納米材料的各種特異性能以及與基體之間的協(xié)同效應(yīng)能使材料性能具有可設(shè)計(jì)性研究和開(kāi)發(fā)新型超耐候、重防腐、高耐磨納米復(fù)合涂層材料對(duì)于飛行器設(shè)計(jì)具有十分重要的意義本文結(jié)合航空涂鍍層技術(shù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀基于金屬腐蝕與表面保護(hù)理論和納米復(fù)合材料設(shè)計(jì)與制備技術(shù)對(duì)提高飛行器黑色金屬零部件的表面耐蝕、耐磨性和改善航空有機(jī)涂料的抗紫外耐老化性能進(jìn)行了理論與試驗(yàn)研究首先作者系統(tǒng)地研究了前人涉及較少的金屬基納米復(fù)合材料的各種制備技術(shù)然后以防腐鍍鋅層為研究對(duì)象從本質(zhì)上揭示了稀土和NI改善鍍層耐蝕性的機(jī)理并建立鍍鋅層中添加稀土和NI后的腐蝕模型運(yùn)用復(fù)合電鍍工藝初步探討納米稀土氧化物CEO對(duì)鍍鋅層耐蝕性的影響結(jié)果表明在相同的工藝條件下相對(duì)于純ZN鍍層納米CEOZN復(fù)合鍍層的耐蝕性能顯著提高而微米CEOZN復(fù)合鍍層的效果并不明顯在上述研究基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)并運(yùn)用高能球磨真空熱壓制備技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)出新型納米CEOZN、納米NIOZN、納米CEOAL和納米NIOAL等系列重防腐、高耐磨鍍層材料通過(guò)工藝優(yōu)化得到納米粒子在基體中呈均勻單分散狀態(tài)的理想納米微米粒子復(fù)合效果本文的另一大類(lèi)研究?jī)?nèi)容是運(yùn)用共混技術(shù)通過(guò)添加納米SIO等優(yōu)良抗老化劑試圖對(duì)新型航空氟碳涂料進(jìn)行改性結(jié)果顯示提出的方法在一定程度上提高了氟碳涂層的耐老化性和綜合機(jī)械性能
