簡(jiǎn)介:山東大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件加工變形滾壓校正理論及方法研究姓名王中秋申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)機(jī)械制造及其自動(dòng)化指導(dǎo)教師李劍峰孫杰20090501山東_人學(xué)博IJ學(xué)位論文釋放過(guò)程采用邊界條件轉(zhuǎn)換模擬,在底面不共線(xiàn)的三點(diǎn)施加3.2.1約束,使工件可以自由變形,獲得了夾具釋放后框類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)件的變形。設(shè)計(jì)了銑削實(shí)驗(yàn),將模擬獲得的框類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)件的最終變形與實(shí)驗(yàn)獲相比較,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的正確性。根據(jù)二維滾壓過(guò)程數(shù)學(xué)物理模型構(gòu)建了二維薄壁滾壓有限元仿真分析模型。分析了不同滾壓力、不同薄壁厚度下滾壓過(guò)程中材料流動(dòng)、應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變變化關(guān)系,并以切削應(yīng)力為例分析了滾壓應(yīng)力與初始應(yīng)力的相互作用關(guān)系。通過(guò)分析滾壓應(yīng)力與初始應(yīng)力的作用關(guān)系表明薄壁滾壓過(guò)程可以看作是滾壓機(jī)械應(yīng)力與初始應(yīng)力疊加的過(guò)程,該過(guò)程可以通過(guò)調(diào)整滾壓力及滾壓位使薄壁產(chǎn)生不同程度的塑性變形量及內(nèi)應(yīng)力分布。不同滾壓力對(duì)于薄壁滾壓產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)應(yīng)力分布不同當(dāng)滾壓力較低時(shí),滾壓過(guò)程只能在淺表層產(chǎn)生較大的滾壓力壓應(yīng)力波谷,該滾壓力水平為低滾壓力水平;隨著滾壓力的增加,滾壓產(chǎn)生的表層應(yīng)力開(kāi)始接近深層材料的應(yīng)力,并引起深層材料應(yīng)力的較大改變,為過(guò)渡滾壓力水平;滾壓力進(jìn)一步增大,使?jié)L壓后工件材料應(yīng)力在表層形成最大應(yīng)力變化區(qū),則為高滾壓力水平,其中過(guò)渡滾壓力水平對(duì)材料表層及深層綜合影響最大而又不會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大塑性變形。相同滾壓力下,薄壁滾壓應(yīng)力隨著薄壁厚度的增加,峰值與深層材料應(yīng)力的平均水平都有所降低,但是最大應(yīng)力峰值產(chǎn)生的深度基本保持不變。將滾壓應(yīng)力與初始應(yīng)力的疊加關(guān)系應(yīng)用NT型件的滾壓變形中,提出了基于校正圖譜進(jìn)行校J下的滾壓校正思路,并通過(guò)有限元仿真分析進(jìn)行了初步驗(yàn)證。采用解析方法和有限元法分析了平面二維應(yīng)力狀態(tài)毛坯初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力的矩形板工件在不同初始應(yīng)力條件下,逐層剝除過(guò)程中殘余應(yīng)力的重新分布規(guī)律以及引起的加工變形規(guī)律。分析表明,毛坯的初始應(yīng)力狀態(tài)對(duì)工件的變形形式具有決定性作用當(dāng)毛坯初始?xì)堄喾植紶顟B(tài)為表層為壓應(yīng)力、中間為拉應(yīng)力時(shí),單面去除材料后,工件發(fā)生兩端向上翹曲的變形;當(dāng)毛坯初始?xì)堄喾植紶顟B(tài)為表層為拉應(yīng)力時(shí),工件單面去除材料后,發(fā)生兩端向下彎曲的變形。以“日”字形兩隔框結(jié)構(gòu)件為例,構(gòu)建了側(cè)壁局部滾壓彎曲校正的有限元仿真分析模型,分析了滾壓過(guò)程中滾壓應(yīng)力與初始應(yīng)力的作用關(guān)系,以及不同滾壓參數(shù)下滾壓變形的變化規(guī)律?;谝陨戏治鰳?gòu)建了兩隔框結(jié)構(gòu)件滾壓變形校正圖譜,并進(jìn)行了仿真分析,表明該方法在隔框變形校正分析中有效,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)三隔框結(jié)構(gòu)件的彎曲變形校正仿真及實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,表明通過(guò)查詢(xún)校正圖譜確定隔框類(lèi)整體結(jié)構(gòu)件彎曲滾壓校正參數(shù)有效可行。對(duì)于實(shí)際應(yīng)用可能產(chǎn)生的誤差使校正結(jié)果一次無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足要求XII
