簡介:南京航空航天大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文基于卡爾曼濾波的航空發(fā)動機故障診斷技術(shù)研究姓名張鵬申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)航空宇航推進理論與工程指導(dǎo)教師黃金泉20081201基于卡爾曼濾波的航空發(fā)動機故障診斷技術(shù)研究II究卡爾曼濾波器系統(tǒng)噪聲、測量噪聲矩陣的選取方法,提高了算法的收斂速度與精度,確定了適合實現(xiàn)發(fā)動機在線故障診斷的噪聲矩陣選取方案。針對第四章中尚未解決的傳感器與氣路部件同時發(fā)生故障情況下的診斷問題,提出了基于CΔ概率密度函數(shù)的魯棒UKF算法以及基于雙重卡爾曼濾波器的部件和傳感器健康參數(shù)同步估計兩種解決方案,并進行數(shù)值仿真驗證了兩種方案的有效性。研究了基于改進非線性UKF與非穩(wěn)態(tài)測量數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)動機故障診斷技術(shù)。從提高濾波器計算精度、穩(wěn)定性,降低計算量等方面改進原UKF算法,提出了一種超球體采樣平方根UKF濾波算法。研究了基于動態(tài)測量數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)動機性能監(jiān)控與故障診斷系統(tǒng),采用超球體采樣平方根UKF算法實現(xiàn)了多個部件漸變與突變故障的診斷。仿真結(jié)果證明超球體采樣平方根UKF算法精度高,穩(wěn)定性好,且計算量大大降低,適用于航空發(fā)動機的在線實時故障診斷。融合神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、卡爾曼濾波技術(shù)兩種算法的優(yōu)勢,提出了一種航空發(fā)動機算法融合故障診斷系統(tǒng)。采用自聯(lián)想神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立了發(fā)動機傳感器數(shù)據(jù)驗證模塊;概率神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對發(fā)動機工作模式進行分類,實現(xiàn)定性氣路部件故障診斷。根據(jù)概率神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的診斷結(jié)論,由卡爾曼濾波器對發(fā)生故障的部件健康參數(shù)進行估計,實現(xiàn)對故障程度的準確評價。與單一故障診斷系統(tǒng)相比,算法融合故障診斷系統(tǒng)能夠完成發(fā)動機傳感器和氣路部件故障的系統(tǒng)性診斷,進一步解決了傳感器與部件故障互相干擾、診斷困難,傳感器數(shù)量較少影響部件故障診斷結(jié)果的精度以及較多的待估計參數(shù)導(dǎo)致計算量大的問題,在避免誤診漏診,提高診斷精度與效率方面有著突出的優(yōu)勢。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞航空發(fā)動機,健康管理,健康參數(shù),機載自適應(yīng)模型,卡爾曼濾波,傳感器故障,部件故障,故障診斷,非線性濾波器,神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),融合診斷
