簡(jiǎn)介:天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文活塞式航空煤油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒特性及爆震控制的研究J支ESEARCN0NC0MBUSTLONCNARACTERLSTLCS1H●一一』●J■J■J■ANDKNOCKCONTROLFORDIRECTINJECTIONPISTONAVIATIONKEROSENEENGINE一級(jí)學(xué)科學(xué)科專業(yè)作者姓名指導(dǎo)教師動(dòng)力工程及工程熱物理動(dòng)力機(jī)械及工程王書典胡春明高級(jí)工程師天津大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院二零一五年十二月一令一丑手T一月中文摘要航空煤油具有較高的閃點(diǎn)和不易揮發(fā)的特性,在低溫下遇明火不易點(diǎn)燃,易于存儲(chǔ)和運(yùn)輸,近年來燃用航空煤油的活塞航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的研究得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外無人機(jī)及軍用領(lǐng)域的高度重視。但航空煤油與汽油的理化特性有明顯區(qū)別,使得二者在燃燒方特性上有諸多差異,并且航空煤油在大負(fù)荷工況下極易發(fā)生爆震。因此,開展活塞式航空煤油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒特性方面的研究,并尋求抑制航空煤油爆震的方法,具有十分重要的意義。本文在低壓空氣輔助直噴活塞式航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上進(jìn)行相關(guān)燃燒特性實(shí)驗(yàn),分析了不同噴射時(shí)刻、點(diǎn)火提前角、過量空氣系數(shù)對(duì)航空煤油直噴發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒特性的影響。研究表明缸內(nèi)噴射開始時(shí)刻對(duì)油滴的蒸發(fā)擴(kuò)散和均質(zhì)混合氣的形成有比較明顯的影響,冷卻水溫度對(duì)航空煤油混合氣形成及濃度分布的影響要大于汽油。航空煤油火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣缺绕吐?,偏離最佳點(diǎn)火正時(shí)對(duì)航空煤油熱效率的影響大于汽油;航空煤油比汽油更加適合在較濃的混合氣下燃燒,在過量空氣系數(shù)為O.8.O.85的范圍內(nèi),航空煤油的滯燃期最短,燃燒循環(huán)變動(dòng)最小。在同一臺(tái)直噴發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上采用加濃混合氣、推遲點(diǎn)火、雙火花塞點(diǎn)火、分層當(dāng)量比混合氣等方式進(jìn)行抑制爆震的試驗(yàn)。研究表明通過混合氣加濃,降低燃燒溫度來抑制爆震的方式基本沒有效果;推遲點(diǎn)火雖能有效抑制爆震,但需要以損失熱效率和輸出功率為代價(jià);采用雙火花點(diǎn)火能夠有效的提高火焰的傳播速度,但抑制爆震的效果并不理想;采用基于兩次噴射的分層燃燒模式可以有效降低發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的爆震強(qiáng)度,但隨著第二次噴射相位推遲和第二次噴油量增多,使得濃混合區(qū)的混合氣分布越發(fā)不均勻,這將使得火焰?zhèn)鞑ニ俣认陆?,燃燒惡化。關(guān)鍵詞活塞式航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī);航空煤油;燃燒特性;抗爆性;分層當(dāng)量比混合氣;

簡(jiǎn)介:ATHESISSUBMITTEDTOZHENGZHOUUNIVERSITYFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTERFAULTDIAGNOSISOFAVIONICDEVICESBASEDONINFORMATIONFUSIONTECHNOLOGYBYXIUJIEHUSUPERVISORPROFJIAYOUSONGMICROELECTRONICSANDSOLIDSTATEELECTRONICSLNFORMATIONENG“。SCHOOLENRMEERMZCHOOLMAY2014摘要航電設(shè)備是現(xiàn)代化戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)的重要組成部分。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,航電設(shè)備變得越來越復(fù)雜,傳統(tǒng)意義上的故障診斷方法已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。信息融合技術(shù)能夠綜合多個(gè)信息源提供的冗余和互補(bǔ)信息,獲得對(duì)被診斷對(duì)象全面、準(zhǔn)確的信息,得到更精確的判斷。本文將信息融合技術(shù)用于航電設(shè)備故障診斷研究中,構(gòu)建了一種基于模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和D。S證據(jù)理論決策融合的故障診斷方法。針對(duì)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和模糊理論表現(xiàn)的不足性和互補(bǔ)性,信息融合特征級(jí)部分采用了結(jié)合兩者優(yōu)點(diǎn)的模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)于隨著輸入?yún)⒘康脑龆?,網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)變得復(fù)雜而導(dǎo)致的網(wǎng)絡(luò)泛化能力差的缺點(diǎn),將聚類算法引入結(jié)構(gòu)中,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。采用一個(gè)實(shí)例進(jìn)行故障診斷,通過與BP結(jié)構(gòu)、RBF結(jié)構(gòu)的比較,表明此種結(jié)構(gòu)方法的學(xué)習(xí)速度快、診斷精度高。針對(duì)故障診斷的不確定性,信息融合決策級(jí)部分采用了DS證據(jù)理論方法。對(duì)于證據(jù)理論中證據(jù)之間的高沖突情況下無法獲得正確結(jié)果現(xiàn)象,提出了兩級(jí)修改證據(jù)源的方法。第一級(jí)修改是在基本概率賦值的獲取過程中,基于特征級(jí)輸出各模式正確率的改進(jìn)方法;第二級(jí)修改是對(duì)證據(jù)出現(xiàn)高沖突的情況,基于證據(jù)之間貼近度的修改方法。最后,用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。為了進(jìn)一步提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)泛化能力,根據(jù)參數(shù)空間將一個(gè)大規(guī)模模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)劃分為若干個(gè)小規(guī)模模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以解決DS證據(jù)理論中基本概率賦值獲取難的缺點(diǎn),而證據(jù)理論可以綜合多子模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸出的冗余性,將兩者綜合起來使用,可以發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和長(zhǎng)處。最后以航空電臺(tái)為例,驗(yàn)證了多子模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)局部融合和DS證據(jù)理論決策融合的診斷方法具有高的正確率和精確度。關(guān)鍵詞故障診斷航電設(shè)備信息融合模糊理論神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)DS證據(jù)理論
