簡介:鐵路運(yùn)輸作為企業(yè)鐵路生產(chǎn)線上的重要一部分,承擔(dān)著鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的原材料的運(yùn)輸工作、半成品的倒運(yùn)工作及成品的外發(fā)工作,在鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中占據(jù)著重要的地位。近年來,由于我國鋼鐵企業(yè)面臨著鋼鐵產(chǎn)量急劇上升、人員結(jié)構(gòu)繁雜等問題,目前落后的人工作業(yè)方式已經(jīng)很難滿足新一輪的發(fā)展需求,所以鋼鐵企業(yè)需要對(duì)傳統(tǒng)落后的作業(yè)方式做出新的改變,提高鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率。鋼鐵企業(yè)的運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。在這樣的大背景下,本文提出用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)的技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)落后的人工指揮調(diào)度作業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)思路,論文以企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)具體建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為核心,深入研究運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),主要有數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、可靠性分析、系統(tǒng)備份與還原、計(jì)算機(jī)容錯(cuò)技術(shù)等,并詳細(xì)論述了各子系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施方案,重點(diǎn)研究了調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng)和調(diào)度計(jì)劃無線傳輸系統(tǒng)。結(jié)合某鋼鐵企業(yè)運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng),并將系統(tǒng)劃分成現(xiàn)車管理、車號(hào)識(shí)別、設(shè)備管理、調(diào)度計(jì)劃無線傳輸、報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)、調(diào)度指揮等子系統(tǒng)。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容包括調(diào)度指揮子系統(tǒng)的需求計(jì)劃分析以及系統(tǒng)的主要作業(yè)流程。主要有聯(lián)辦接車、裝卸車、進(jìn)出廠、進(jìn)出站、廠內(nèi)倒運(yùn)裝卸、計(jì)量作業(yè)、調(diào)車作業(yè)計(jì)劃管理等作業(yè)流程。最后在總結(jié)某鋼鐵企業(yè)鐵路生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸作業(yè)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)上述研究成果設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)了企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng),以行車調(diào)度指揮為核心,讀取車號(hào)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)中車輛信息,整合既有系統(tǒng)信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息資源的實(shí)時(shí)共享。因此,調(diào)度工作人員通過對(duì)運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,在任何時(shí)刻都能夠及時(shí)了解企業(yè)鐵路生產(chǎn)過程中車輛的實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)和位置等信息,并對(duì)列車車輛運(yùn)送的貨物進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤管理,掌握運(yùn)輸過程中的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)。本文研究成果成功應(yīng)用于某鋼鐵企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)中,使該鋼鐵企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)在鐵路生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸全過程中的作業(yè)無紙化、自動(dòng)化和信息化減少了路局車輛在企業(yè)內(nèi)部鐵路中的停留時(shí)間(即局停時(shí))縮短機(jī)車周轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間,提高機(jī)車運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率加速貨物運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了提高企業(yè)鐵路生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸效率的目的。系統(tǒng)的成功應(yīng)用充分驗(yàn)證了本文提出設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性和先進(jìn)性,也充分驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)過程中的可靠性與合理性。

簡介:企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)是為了提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)效率而專門設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)的信息化管理系統(tǒng),是企業(yè)提高自身競爭力的重要技術(shù)手段。報(bào)表是企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容,是支持企業(yè)決策、企業(yè)計(jì)劃的主要依據(jù),在組織企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)過程中扮演著非常重要的角色。隨著企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,系統(tǒng)的報(bào)表模塊也在不斷地更新?lián)Q代。目前,大多數(shù)系統(tǒng)都是基于BS(瀏覽器服務(wù)器)模式運(yùn)行的應(yīng)用,在企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)報(bào)表模塊的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)中,報(bào)表也要求在WEB環(huán)境下運(yùn)行,但由于報(bào)表按特定需求以不同的展現(xiàn)形式生成不同的數(shù)據(jù)信息,具有靈活多樣且復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn),使得報(bào)表的開發(fā)難度很大。本文就針對(duì)怎樣在WEB環(huán)境下實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)報(bào)表模塊的開發(fā)進(jìn)行了研究。本文通過分析企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的需求,提出了采用STRUTS2、SPRING、IBATIS三個(gè)框架組合來設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)方案,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)軟硬件架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)做了深入地研究,證明了該開發(fā)方案的可實(shí)施性。系統(tǒng)報(bào)表模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)基于組件技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)思想,設(shè)計(jì)了以BIRTBUSINESSINTELLIGENCEREPTINGTOOLS報(bào)表引擎為核心組件、WEB瀏覽器展現(xiàn)報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù)的報(bào)表模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)架構(gòu)。通過對(duì)報(bào)表模塊進(jìn)行需求分析,研究報(bào)表模塊與系統(tǒng)中其他模塊之間的信息交換,將報(bào)表模塊的功能劃分為報(bào)表展現(xiàn)和報(bào)表管理兩大功能模塊。報(bào)表展現(xiàn)主要進(jìn)行報(bào)表生成、報(bào)表導(dǎo)出和報(bào)表打印的操作,報(bào)表管理主要是對(duì)報(bào)表模塊中的報(bào)表進(jìn)行管理,如添加報(bào)表、刪除報(bào)表、修改報(bào)表等的操作,最后將報(bào)表模塊部署在系統(tǒng)中,作為企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)功能模塊來提供企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸日常生產(chǎn)管理過程中需要生成的報(bào)表。在實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)表模塊的功能時(shí),本文應(yīng)用了STRUTS2技術(shù)、SPRING技術(shù)和IBATIS技術(shù)組合框架分別實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的表示層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層和數(shù)據(jù)庫持久層,STRUTS2實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于WEB的MVCMODELVIEWCONTROLLER模式,SPRING進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)邏輯處理,IBATIS通過對(duì)JDBCJAVADATABASECONNECTIVITYJAVA數(shù)據(jù)庫連接輕量級(jí)的封裝實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫的訪問。同時(shí),為了提高用戶體驗(yàn)和后期系統(tǒng)的維護(hù),前端頁面采用了AJAXASYNCHRONOUSJAVRIPTXML方式提交頁面,相關(guān)文件存儲(chǔ)信息及模塊配置信息使用XMLEXTENSIBLEMARKUPLANGUAGE,可擴(kuò)展的標(biāo)記語言文件來配置,使報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù)和報(bào)表樣式分離開來,方便模塊的維護(hù)。本文研究的報(bào)表模塊都是基于BIRT報(bào)表工具而開發(fā)的,BIRT報(bào)表工具不僅是報(bào)表開發(fā)的技術(shù)手段,而且應(yīng)用BIRT降低了報(bào)表開發(fā)的成本和復(fù)雜性。因此,本文還對(duì)BIRT框架、BIRT報(bào)表生成流程、BIRT報(bào)表文件的設(shè)計(jì)及相關(guān)參數(shù)配置等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析研究,作為對(duì)開發(fā)基于BIRT報(bào)表的理論支持和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。本文主要以上述相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù)為技術(shù)手段,研究了企業(yè)鐵路運(yùn)輸調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)中基于BS模式運(yùn)行的報(bào)表模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),重點(diǎn)對(duì)報(bào)表模塊前端頁面實(shí)現(xiàn)、報(bào)表模板設(shè)計(jì)、報(bào)表業(yè)務(wù)邏輯實(shí)現(xiàn)和報(bào)表數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了深入的研究。

簡介:鐵路是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的大動(dòng)脈,鐵路的各種設(shè)備和業(yè)務(wù)的信息量非常龐大,建立專門的信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)其進(jìn)行管理是鐵路信息化的需求,是鐵路現(xiàn)代化的標(biāo)志。鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸主要滿足國家大型工程項(xiàng)目和國防建設(shè)的運(yùn)輸需求,這些貨物的安全、快速的到達(dá),對(duì)整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)與國防現(xiàn)代化有著重要的影響。而鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸組織復(fù)雜,技術(shù)性強(qiáng),且許多工作仍處在人工測量,手工計(jì)算的階段,如何利用現(xiàn)代化的信息手段,保證鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸高效,安全地運(yùn)行成為了一個(gè)迫在眉睫的問題。本論文以鐵道部項(xiàng)目鐵路超限超重運(yùn)輸管理信息系統(tǒng)為依托,從鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn),基本流程出發(fā),針對(duì)其所處理的數(shù)據(jù)量大,且很多數(shù)據(jù)具有很強(qiáng)的地理性和空問性的特點(diǎn),將地理信息系統(tǒng)GIS引入到鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸查詢子系統(tǒng)中,并采用MAPLNFO公司提供的MAPXTREMEJAVA平臺(tái)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。本論文深入研究了地理空間數(shù)據(jù)的獲取和存儲(chǔ),MAPXTREMEJAVA的API層次結(jié)構(gòu)以及WEB配置選項(xiàng)等相關(guān)技術(shù),分析了子系統(tǒng)的功能需求。采用MAPXTREMEJAVA中等客戶端的開發(fā)模式,提出了子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)框架和軟件結(jié)構(gòu)等相關(guān)功能的設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)將大量不易見、不可見的鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸組織的信息可視化,方便了鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸組織的管理和業(yè)務(wù)分析。本論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于針對(duì)鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸路徑規(guī)劃中存在的不可行徑路,必經(jīng)節(jié)點(diǎn)經(jīng)由站等情況,在對(duì)GIS領(lǐng)域中相關(guān)最短路徑搜索算法進(jìn)行深入分析和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了鐵路超限超重貨物運(yùn)輸最優(yōu)路徑的搜索算法。該算法能根據(jù)超限超重貨物的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)路網(wǎng)的初始化。然后通過必經(jīng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的排序,分段進(jìn)行最短路徑的計(jì)算,最終得到一條可行的最優(yōu)路徑,具有較好的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
