簡(jiǎn)介:融合教是教育的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),融合教育對(duì)普通教師帶來(lái)了觀念和技能的挑戰(zhàn)。普通教師對(duì)融合教育的態(tài)度直接影響著他們對(duì)殘疾學(xué)生的態(tài)度和行為。融合教育系統(tǒng)中的各宏觀要素和微觀要素都影響著職前教師對(duì)融合教育所持的態(tài)度。而殘疾人的接觸類型和接受的職前培訓(xùn)是影響職前教師對(duì)融合教育所持態(tài)度的重要因素。但是由于缺乏相關(guān)的技能和知識(shí),很多普通教師對(duì)融合教育持消極的態(tài)度,而這種態(tài)度影響著融合教育的進(jìn)程。很多學(xué)校的教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目為了應(yīng)對(duì)多元化和融合教育的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目有所改變和調(diào)整,這有可能促成職前教師對(duì)融合教育的積極態(tài)度。因此,本研究通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)東南部一所普通綜合性大學(xué)里158名職前小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,希望探究新一代職前普通教師對(duì)融合教育所持的態(tài)度,并且探究哪些因素影響并且如何影響他們對(duì)融合教育所持的態(tài)度。本研究中的調(diào)查對(duì)象非常認(rèn)同融合教育無(wú)論是對(duì)普通學(xué)生還是對(duì)殘疾學(xué)生的益處,認(rèn)識(shí)到在融合教育中差異化教學(xué)和合作教學(xué)的益處,但是對(duì)全部融合持保留態(tài)度,另外對(duì)自己有效指導(dǎo)殘疾學(xué)生的能力缺乏自信。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)合該校職前小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),本研究認(rèn)為,該校職前普通小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)施融合教育能力發(fā)面,還有需要完善的地方。另外,與殘疾人的接觸類型對(duì)不同階段的職前教師對(duì)融合教育所持的態(tài)度有不同影響。

簡(jiǎn)介:Y812728遼寧師范大學(xué)教育碩士研究生學(xué)位論文論文題目新課程改革中初中語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究研究生宋曉輝指導(dǎo)教師楊曉教授專業(yè)方向教育管理年級(jí)2003級(jí)遼寧師范大學(xué)研究生部2005年4月新課程改革中初中語(yǔ)義綜臺(tái)性學(xué)習(xí)的問(wèn)題發(fā)對(duì)策研究學(xué)習(xí)的問(wèn)題。對(duì)語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)識(shí)上的迷茫和行動(dòng)上的盲從,是教師普遍存在的狀態(tài)。這導(dǎo)致初中語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)多流于形式,教學(xué)組織無(wú)序化、隨意化現(xiàn)象十分嚴(yán)重.語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)施在很人程度上陷入了一種欲做不能的邊緣狀態(tài)。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本研究試圖對(duì)實(shí)施語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,教師存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納、梳理;剖析問(wèn)題存在的根源。從承擔(dān)新課程改革培訓(xùn)教師任務(wù)的角度出發(fā),尋求解決教師存在問(wèn)題的途徑和策略,努力推動(dòng)語(yǔ)文綜臺(tái)性學(xué)習(xí)的研究和發(fā)展。二研究意義1.理論意義語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)需要大膽探索與勇于實(shí)踐的全新課程。本文試結(jié)合語(yǔ)文教學(xué)實(shí)際,就目前大連市教師實(shí)施語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,剖析教師實(shí)施語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)存在問(wèn)題的根源,豐富和提高理論認(rèn)識(shí)。2.實(shí)踐意義根據(jù)目前教師在語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)施過(guò)剩中存在問(wèn)題及其原因,對(duì)教師進(jìn)行有的放矢的培訓(xùn),為教師有效地實(shí)施語(yǔ)文綜臺(tái)性學(xué)習(xí)提供專業(yè)支持與幫助,以期更好的幫助學(xué)校教師提高白身素質(zhì),從而真止提高初中語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量。三研究目的針對(duì)性分析新課科改革中語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)施方面教師存在的具體問(wèn)題;探討問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根本原岡;從教師培訓(xùn)I角度提出解決問(wèn)題的建議和對(duì)策。二、前人研究綜述“語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)”是新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育語(yǔ)文課程改革過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的一種新的課程形態(tài)和學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容。對(duì)于它的研究土要集中丁2001年綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)被列為必修課程以后,在國(guó)家教育部新制訂的全日制義務(wù)教育語(yǔ)文課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)稿中指山“現(xiàn)代社會(huì)要求公吣具備良好的人文素養(yǎng)和科學(xué)素養(yǎng),具備包括閱讀理解與表達(dá)交流在內(nèi)的多方面的基本能力?!辈⑹状伟选罢Z(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)”納入語(yǔ)文課程體系之中,構(gòu)成語(yǔ)文課程內(nèi)窬的有機(jī)組成部分。雖然課程概念山現(xiàn)的時(shí)間較晚,研究的歷程也比較短,但有關(guān)語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的課程目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)方式、評(píng)價(jià)方式、語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)與綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)課程的關(guān)系、語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)學(xué)生主體性發(fā)展的重要價(jià)值與功能、語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)施策略等問(wèn)題的觀點(diǎn)已日益趨同.而且有些內(nèi)容已作為指導(dǎo)教學(xué)實(shí)踐的依據(jù)被納入到教育部頒布的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)當(dāng)中。1|語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)的課程目標(biāo)在全日制義務(wù)教育語(yǔ)文課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)稿中,國(guó)家對(duì)語(yǔ)文綜合性學(xué)習(xí)分段目標(biāo)均有具體表述。本研究所指范同為七~九年級(jí)第四學(xué)段,岡此僅列山相應(yīng)學(xué)段的階段目標(biāo)如R能白主組織文學(xué)活動(dòng),再辦刊、演出、討論筲活動(dòng)過(guò)程中,體驗(yàn)合作與成功的喜悅。能提山學(xué)習(xí)和生活中感興趣的問(wèn)題,共同討論,選出研究主題,制定簡(jiǎn)單的研究計(jì)劃,從報(bào)刊、一}5籍或其他媒體中獲取有關(guān)資料,討論分析問(wèn)題,獨(dú)立或合作寫出簡(jiǎn)單的研究報(bào)告。
