2、mic organization, family enterprises were large in numbers and organizing patterns, its contributions to the society and the economy was outstanding. According to previous studies the background of family business was mo

3、re complicated than general enterprises, especially in China. Under the influence of the Confucianist Culture and conflicts aroused by interaction between the family system and the enterprise system, conflicts and contr

4、adictions could easily occur in family enterprises. Since family business rapidly developed, the issue of their employees' mental health also became a notable problem. This study did investigation in family enterpris

5、es to understand their employees' mental health status, and tested the effect of psychological interventions on certain mental disorders. This study aimed to provided effective methods to solve mental problems of fam

6、ily business employees, thus to enhance their mental health level and helped them to be more efficiency. In this study, “mental health questionnaire for family business employees” was initially developed and its reliabil

7、ity and validity was tested. Based on the finished questionnaire, this study then did an investigation over more than 5000 family business employees to understand their mental health status. According the results of this

8、 investigation, mental disorders family business employees were more likely to experience and the influence of demographic statistics variables on these mental disorders were concluded. Since psychological intervention e

9、xperiments were practiced, this study tried to construct a Catharsis Mechanism of mental disorders based on positive psychotherapy. Further analysis results of this study were as follows: 1 The “mental health questionnai
