簡介:上海交通大學碩士學位論文基于MODELICA和DYMOLA的航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機建模與仿真姓名任志彬申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)航空宇航推進理論與工程指導教師孟光20060201上海交通大學碩士學位論文2航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機的部件級建模是系統(tǒng)級建模的基礎,建模的精度取決于部件特性的準確性和模型簡化程度。本文重點介紹了航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機主要部件及子系統(tǒng)的工作原理,綜合采用了特性方程法和基于級的建模法建立壓氣機和渦輪的模型,從微觀的壓氣機級和渦輪級的特性方程來研究壓氣機系統(tǒng)和渦輪系統(tǒng),因此利用所建立的級的數(shù)學模型并結(jié)合MODELICA語言和DYMOLA編譯器,能夠組裝成復雜的壓氣機系統(tǒng)和渦輪系統(tǒng)模型并能實現(xiàn)仿真;基于管流理論建立噴管和進氣道的模型,對收-擴噴管喉部面積隨飛行馬赫數(shù)的變化關系、可變幾何噴管主次流面積隨主流馬赫數(shù)的變化關系以及固定幾何內(nèi)壓式進氣道特性進行了仿真。在部件級建模的基礎上,進而與其他部件和子系統(tǒng)連接組成航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機系統(tǒng)級模型,對單軸燃氣發(fā)生器的抽吸特性和雙軸渦扇發(fā)動機的起動過程進行了仿真,其中以雙軸渦扇發(fā)動機為例詳細介紹了系統(tǒng)級建模和仿真的過程。部件和系統(tǒng)級仿真實驗的結(jié)果表明,本文所開發(fā)的航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機模型庫作為一種特性分析工具,可應用于航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機的概念設計和初步設計,具有一定的實用價值。MODELICA和DYMOLA的強大功能為本文的建模與仿真工作提供了有力的支持,同時本文的工作又是對DYMOLA軟件在新領域應用的有益嘗試,本文建立的航空燃氣渦輪發(fā)動機模型庫將成為MODELICA標準模型庫的一個拓展。
