簡(jiǎn)介:目的了解2型糖尿病T2DM家族史對(duì)代謝健康超重肥胖(METABOLICALLYHEALTHYOVERWEIGHTOBESE,MHO)人群的胰島素敏感性及胰島Β細(xì)胞功能的影響。方法從T2DM家系成員2058名中選取既往無(wú)血糖異常的一級(jí)親屬435名以及無(wú)T2DM家族史、既往無(wú)血糖異常的配偶116例。根據(jù)BMI及代謝異常情況將受試者分為一級(jí)親屬中代謝健康的正常體重組(FMHNW)、超重肥胖組(FMHO)和代謝異常超重肥胖組(FAO),配偶中代謝健康的正常體重組(SMHNW)、超重肥胖組(SMHO)和代謝異常超重肥胖組(SAO)。計(jì)算HOMAIR評(píng)估胰島素敏感性,DI1、DI2評(píng)估胰島Β細(xì)胞功能。結(jié)果(1)比較一級(jí)親屬各組,F(xiàn)MHO組的HOMAIR高于FMHNW組(P<005),低于FAO組(P<005)。FMHO組的DI1低于FMHNW組(P<005),高于FAO組(P<005)。FMHO組的DI2與FMHNW組之間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,但顯著高于FAO組(P<001)。(2)比較一級(jí)親屬與配偶組,F(xiàn)MHO組與SMHO相比,HOMAIR高于后者(P<005),DI1與DI2無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)差異。FMHO與SMHNW組相比,HOMAIR高于后者(P<005),DI1低于后者(P<001),DI2無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論2型糖尿病家族史可能會(huì)降低T2DM患者一級(jí)親屬中MHO人群的胰島素敏感性。

簡(jiǎn)介:蘭州大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文藏族本土法的衍生與成長(zhǎng)藏族法制史的法人類學(xué)探索姓名多杰申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)法學(xué)民族學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師王洲塔20090601蘭矧大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文法律實(shí)施狀況及其特點(diǎn)做了梳理、分析和妊要的論述。提出盡管“三代政權(quán)“各具其法,倦就萁內(nèi)容、形式和本質(zhì)焉言,器在恢復(fù)吐蕃王朝以來(lái)形成的法律傳統(tǒng)和L目法的內(nèi)容和效力。指出這一時(shí)期立法活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),即,在社會(huì)發(fā)生變遷的同時(shí),立法上明顯的復(fù)古傾向;在外族勢(shì)力滲入的同時(shí),更加看重傳統(tǒng)法律文化價(jià)值的思想傾向。同時(shí),也簡(jiǎn)要分析了西藏本土法與歷代中央王朝對(duì)西藏立法之間的關(guān)系。第七章是噶丹頗章政權(quán)的法律制度。從表面上看,第五世達(dá)賴?yán)镆詠?lái)的法制,鋸|蛩是中世紀(jì)“三代政權(quán)”時(shí)期法制的延續(xù),同時(shí)也是由宗教勢(shì)力執(zhí)掌覆藏政權(quán)。但仔細(xì)分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),這一時(shí)期出于國(guó)內(nèi)釙政治環(huán)境的變化,磋藏地方政權(quán)的法律制度也發(fā)生了巨大變遷。不僅本土立法的進(jìn)程加快,而且到了后期事關(guān)全局,即西藏社會(huì)歷史命運(yùn)的法律事件接連不斷,從而使西藏社會(huì)最終完成了近代化之路,走向了新生。第八章是全文結(jié)論。作者認(rèn)為,歷史研究的價(jià)值雖在服務(wù)于未來(lái)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,但基礎(chǔ)工作必須植根于歷史本身。因而提出藏族本土法或法制史研究的露的在于探尋藏族傳統(tǒng)法裱衍生、成長(zhǎng)和變遷的歷史飆律、文化特點(diǎn)和歷史價(jià)值。為此,本章從法制的歷史屬性、外在特征、文化特點(diǎn)和歷史價(jià)值等不同層面或視角出發(fā),著重就藏族傳統(tǒng)法律的歷史屬性和歷史價(jià)值作了全面總結(jié)和必要論述。這對(duì)于當(dāng)代乃至后人,從宏觀上認(rèn)識(shí)藏族本土法的成長(zhǎng)之路和文化價(jià)值,從法制層面上認(rèn)識(shí)藏族傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特性,并對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)藏區(qū)的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和藏族社會(huì)的科學(xué)管理,不乏現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
