2、he jealousy mentality was universal, aroused in particular situtations,it was a complex emotion composed of shame,anger, resentment and so on. Jealousy had different causes, its presentation always showed some reaction r

3、ules. Although jealousy was a negative emotion, if handled properly, it could be fully decreased to the minimize by cognitive operation,and the negative behavior also could be changed into positive behavior. Thus, by mea

4、suring and understanding the reaction rules and the main reaction components of jealousy, could play a positive role in alleviating jealousy. Based on the collection of a large number of literatures and the existing res

5、earches, Jealousy Reaction Scale for College Student was made up through opening paper and interview. According to the existent Jealousy Reaction Scale, items was made by small sample testing and experts’evaluation. Clus

6、ter sampling method was applied to explore the initial questionnaires of 485 college students for exploratory factor analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted by exploring another 692 questionnaires of college

7、 students. In order to ensure the accuracy of questionnairs the subject was filtered once again through Item Response Theory. The results showed that: 1. The existence of seven factors in Scale of Jealousy Reaction for C

8、ollege Student was determined by parallel analysis. According to Explore Factor Analysis,they were named as reactive retribution, positive response, inferiority feelings, emotional derastation, escape, intropunitiveness,

9、 ideational domination, and the result could explain 51.12% of the total variance. 2. The coefficient of the Scale of Jealousy Reaction for College Student was good. The total Scale tests showed that the reliability of C

10、ronbach's Alpha coefficient was 0.886, the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient among the dimensions ranged from 0.694 to 0.872.The test-retest coefficient showed that the coefficient of total scale was 0.627, and other

11、dimensions ranged from 0.646 to 0.780. 3. Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that X2/df, RESMA, RMR, NFI, CFI were 2.77, 0.051, 0.060, 0.92, 0.95. The inter-scale correlation analysis showed that the correlation

12、 coefficient between total scale and factors ranged from 0.334 to 0.831, indicating the scale had a good structure validity. The scale also showed that the existence of significant negative correlation of some contradict
