2、oriented morale motivation, which has caught redoubled attention, as an important element of organization and human resource management. It is based on an employee satisfaction survey of a power company designed to h

3、elp enhance employees’ morale before the company’s organization reform. The research draws two factors: job satisfaction and staff morale, through the angel of which, it analyzes gender, age, marital status, education

4、al level, seniority, job and level of employee. It also explores the impact of job satisfaction on staff morale and the relationship between the two. In this paper, the applications of literature review, questionna

5、ire survey, symposia and interviews were used to learn the relationship between job satisfaction and work morale. Through statistical analysis, the author proves job satisfaction has prediction on staff morale, and co

6、ncludes that leading capability and compensation benefits are two key factors to raise staff morale of the company. The research also points out that in the company staffs with higher educational level have lower mor

7、ale, and employees working less than five years have lower organization-identity. On basis of company’s actual draw, the author provides a number of recommendations, including the introduction of Forced Distribution

8、Method in Performance Assessment and the amendment of Staff promotion system, for the management and human resource managers to develop a helpful staff-motivation system and methods to enhance the morale. KEY WORDS:
