2、s. Enterprises should keep upwith the trend of the times, continuously innovate and develop, we must pay attention to therole of knowledge. As knowledge was attached to the minds of people, knowledge workersnaturally bec
3、ome the core resources of the enterprise. However, knowledge workersthemselves have the knowledge and technology, which are mostly hidden,not easy to beclearly expressed, it is not easy to be transferred, developed and u
4、sed. Which led todifficulties of the knowledge staff itself is not easy to quantify the management, and evenbring out the core knowledge and technical after leaving the enterprise. Therefore,companies need to pay close a
5、ttention to the dynamics of knowledge workers, to understandand meet the needs of these knowledge workers, effectively reduce the turnover rate of theseemployees and to enhance their performance for enterprises, for ente
6、rprises to bring goodbusiness performance. To this end, the academic field began to pay attention to the issue ofknowledge workers engagement. Previous studies have shown that enhancing theengagement of knowledge workers
7、 can effectively increase their job satisfaction, emotionalcommitment,and reduce their willingness to leave.First of all, this paper combs the research literature of engagement and job performance.It mainly focuses on th
8、e conceptualization,content dimension, the former variables and theoutcome variables of the knowledge worker's engagement and job performance and therelationship between job performance. On this basis, combined with
9、the correspondingtheoretical point of view, put forward the hypothesis of this study.Then, the implementation of the questionnaire, reached the conclusions. The UtrechtEngagement Scale (UWES) developed by Schaufeli et al
10、.The performance measurementscale was developed by Han wing and the peripheral performance measurement scale wasdeveloped by Van Scotter&Motowildlo.Then state-owned, foreign, Shareholding system,private enterprises a
11、nd public institutions of the actual situation of knowledge workers wereinvestigate and analyze, the recovery of 323 valid questionnaires. The data were obtained byquestionnaire, and the data were tested by reliability,
