簡介:曲阜師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文城市邊緣區(qū)成人教育社區(qū)化發(fā)展研究姓名李毅申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)成人教育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師樂傳永2003330的邊緣區(qū)在經(jīng)濟陜速發(fā)展的正向推動下,其社區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、社區(qū)建設(shè)、牡醫(yī)服務(wù)、社區(qū)教育等都發(fā)展較好,英成人教育社醫(yī)化程度也較高;兩大多數(shù)城市迦緣區(qū)由于受到縫濟發(fā)展滯后的影響,I趣緣匪發(fā)展規(guī)劃、行政管理存在很多問題,其成人教育發(fā)展得不到應(yīng)有的重視,處于巍發(fā)和彀亂瓣J牡區(qū)化狀態(tài)。絕大多數(shù)城旁邊緣鐾成人教謄社區(qū)化發(fā)殷都面L烙著各種困難,逸緣蘧規(guī)劃管理的混亂,條琰關(guān)系的雜揉,物質(zhì)文化環(huán)境的貧乏,淡疑成人教寄不受委鐃,經(jīng)費不足等問題瑰實地擺在麓囂,戎人教育要獲得生存與發(fā)展,就必須童動行動,積極尋求發(fā)展的機會,免分利用邊緣社區(qū)的有翻奈件,發(fā)揮藤發(fā)優(yōu)勢,采取有效鬣略,方熊實統(tǒng)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。盡管困難瑰實存在,鉭是城亨邊緣區(qū)成人教努社囂化發(fā)展楚必然的趨勢,杏著多方藩的譽躦,銥據(jù)?;h先,從摻動這緣聰城審化進(jìn)程,捉逃這緣區(qū)教霄社會億與學(xué)習(xí)終身化實麓,促進(jìn)這緣醞居民金辯發(fā)展和實轆遺緣區(qū)社會協(xié)稠發(fā)展等方面來說,城市遍緣區(qū)成人教育禚區(qū)純發(fā)殿具囂必要性;其次,國內(nèi)外美于城市邊緣區(qū)的研究為之掇供了理論基礎(chǔ),我國赫區(qū)教育實驗的展贊為之提供了可惜簦蠡奇實踐綴驗,優(yōu)越的醫(yī)飯?zhí)峁┝四祬^(qū)化發(fā)展鴦利的外部條件,日益增長的教育需求則從內(nèi)部提供其發(fā)襲姆驅(qū)動力,這謗辮瑤素漫示鑫城審迭緣囂成人教彎社瑟化發(fā)鼴鐫可行檻。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文最后掇出了城市速蟓區(qū)成人教育社囂仡發(fā)展的筑略與建議,首競從宏瑰理念鬃面提盤兩點,一要以人為冬,以邊緣區(qū)詹民金面發(fā)展為根本目標(biāo),通過轉(zhuǎn)變居民觀念,培養(yǎng)其學(xué)習(xí)意識和社區(qū)意識;通過培養(yǎng)逸緣區(qū)文化,為居民創(chuàng)談良好的社會文化環(huán)境;通過創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型教玨,剪造邊緣區(qū)居民生存與發(fā)展的適宜突潤;囂輿泰持可持續(xù)發(fā)熙的瑗念,以實現(xiàn)逸緣社囂協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)最為禚本宗囂,以經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)為城市速緣囂可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心簧紊務(wù)成人教富社區(qū)化發(fā)震娉重要霉標(biāo)以囊態(tài)可持續(xù)為城市遮緣隧可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容和成人教育社區(qū)化發(fā)展的至離追求;默學(xué)習(xí)型衽區(qū)和學(xué)醇化社會的實瑰為城市邊緣蓮協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的最高境界和成人教育社融化發(fā)展的終極目標(biāo)2
