簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文利用形態(tài)學(xué)標(biāo)記和SSR分子標(biāo)記分析茄子種質(zhì)資源遺傳多樣性姓名韓洪強(qiáng)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)作物遺傳育種指導(dǎo)教師陳火英20090101上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文II4利用POPGENE軟件對(duì)126份材料上SSR標(biāo)記的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,所有材料的相似系數(shù)跨度在054到099之間。用非加權(quán)平均數(shù)算法得到所有試驗(yàn)材料的親緣關(guān)系聚類(lèi)樹(shù)。所有材料被聚類(lèi)成兩個(gè)類(lèi)群,第一類(lèi)群包括2份野生材料SOLANUMNIGRUMLINN(1)和STVUM130,第二類(lèi)群又可分成包括7份半栽培種紅茄的第一簇以及包括所有栽培種的第二簇。5通過(guò)比較形態(tài)學(xué)標(biāo)記和SSR分子標(biāo)記的聚類(lèi)樹(shù),它們都得到了理想的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,都可以用于茄子遺傳多樣性和親緣關(guān)系的分析。根據(jù)茄屬植物的分類(lèi)作為依據(jù),我們分析認(rèn)為SSR標(biāo)記更加精確可靠。所以我們通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了來(lái)自屬間的SSR引物可用于遺傳多樣性研究的。關(guān)鍵字關(guān)鍵字茄子,SSR,聚類(lèi)分析,遺傳多樣性,形態(tài)學(xué)標(biāo)記

簡(jiǎn)介:南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文巴什拜羊生物學(xué)特性及其遺傳多樣性研究姓名決肯阿尼瓦什申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)動(dòng)物遺傳育種與繁殖指導(dǎo)教師劉守仁;謝莊201006巴什拜羊生物學(xué)特性及其遺傳多樣性研究3生長(zhǎng)規(guī)律研究顯示巴什拜羊一出生就進(jìn)入最高體重增長(zhǎng)速度和強(qiáng)度,也是從初生到060日齡絕對(duì)增長(zhǎng)速度最高,公羔3939一295∥D,母羔3729.275∥D,相對(duì)增長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)度強(qiáng),公羔80.38%.19.22%、母羔78.37%一18.92%,4月齡羔羊體重35.5KG,達(dá)到成年羊體重的一半以上,典型的早熟綿羊品種。4巴什拜羊與野生盤(pán)羊雜交結(jié)果分析顯示野生盤(pán)羊雜交三代回交二代羔羊的瘦肉重顯著的高于純巴什拜羊PO.05,脂肪含量之間存在顯著差異PO.05。純巴什拜羊肉成分中鉀的含量顯著PO.05。純巴什拜羊和盤(pán)羊雜交后代羊肉的每個(gè)氨基酸含量之間差異不顯著,但必需氨基酸和鮮味氨基酸總合值之間存在顯著差異P黑白,處于HARDY.W色曲E瑪不平衡狀態(tài)P0.05。紅毛基因的基因、基因型頻率和產(chǎn)肉性能比其它毛色羊占優(yōu)勢(shì),巴什拜羊的不同毛色可以作產(chǎn)肉性能的形態(tài)遺傳標(biāo)記參考。巴什拜羊角與其它的綿羊一樣受三對(duì)復(fù)等位基因的控制和從性遺傳的支配。但角形遺傳比較特殊,有多角型,多角羊在公、母羊中都有,是特有的品種標(biāo)志,有角巴什拜羊的屠宰率低于無(wú)角羊。巴什拜羊群體中角形基因處于HARDY.WEINBERG不平衡狀態(tài)P0.05。這與實(shí)際育種工作方向相符。巴什拜羊的白臉性狀受一對(duì)基因的控制,而且絕對(duì)顯性的常染色體遺傳。2細(xì)胞遺傳標(biāo)記研究顯示巴什拜羊正常體細(xì)胞的染色體數(shù)為2N54,性染色體構(gòu)成為,雄性XY;雌性XX。正常體細(xì)胞2N54占總觀察細(xì)胞數(shù)的比率為90.42%,II
