5、ntenancetobeperfmedinhisherasset.WkingftheMaintenanceSupervisineachassetisonaverageeleven“craftsmen”.Thecraftsmenaretheactualwkersthatperfmthemaintenance.Thecraftsmenareunionizeddivideintotwelvedifferentcraftdesignations
6、(e.g.electricianspipefittersweldersetc.).Eachcraftdesignationhasadefinedsetofskillstheyarequalifiedtoperfm.Theyarenotallowedtoperfmskillsoutsideoftheirdefinedcrafthelpintheperfmanceofactivitiesinvolvingskillsbeyondtheirc
