2、forming and the development of consumer demand to diversification, individualization and higher level. Among global keen competition of market, every enterprise is in the face of one buyer's market that rap
3、idly changes and is predicted difficultly. But traditional production and management mode is more and slower to response the drastic changes. Under the background, the thought of “Horizontal Integration” is rising gradua
4、lly, and becomes a hot issue and new pursuit in theory and business circles. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is just one typical representative of it.Compared with the traditional “vertical integration“ control an
5、d method to finish all business, SCM put emphasis on that through cooperation and coordination with each node enterprise on the core business which could improve the core competence of every enterprise
6、and the whole “chain“.In view of this, more and more enterprises realize the strategic meaning of implementing SCM, and people believe firmly that SCM is an effective way to meet global competition after ente
7、ring 21st century. Martin · Chris, the Britain famous expert of SCM said in his book,“ there is only supply chain but no enterprise at the market“, “the competition of 21st century is that between supp
8、ly chain and supply chain not enterprise and enterprise“.With the transition to the focus of regarding core competence as the center of business administration, constructing a “network” chain from supplier, in whic
9、h all- relevant enterprises are involved, becomes the main source to get competent the goal of “how promote enterprise's core competence“; it describes the core competence strategies on the b
