1、華中農業(yè)大學碩卜學位論文摘要燈光誘殺害蟲是一個應用廣泛而有效的方法,但燈光誘殺害蟲的機理并沒有完個闡明,而且如何提高燈光誘殺害蟲的效果尚待研究。為了進一步提高燈光的誘殺效果,并從昆蟲酶系的角度對燈光誘殺的機理進行闡述。本論文對夜行性昆蟲對不同波段的光波的趨光行為及黑光燈波段的光波對棉鈴蟲成蟲體內酶系的影響進行了初步研究,主要結果如下:1.夜行性昆蟲對不同波段光波的趨性不同,(320nm390nm)、藍光燈波段(350nm490nm從大到
2、小依次為黑光燈波段)、紅光燈波段(500mn565nm)綠光燈波段(555nm610nm)、黃光燈波段(625nm670nm),且黑光燈波段顯著大于其它四個波段。2.各波段對益蟲的誘殺情況,從總數看,黑光燈對益蟲的誘殺顯著大于其它四個波段,但從益害比看,綠光燈對益蟲的選擇性最高。3.不同目昆蟲對各波段光波的趨性:半翅目昆蟲,無論從數量還是比值上,對黑光燈的趨性最強鱗翅日昆蟲,在數量上,對黑光燈趨性最強,但從比值看,綠光燈對其選擇性最高鞘

4、5min與30min之間有顯著差異。6.五個光處理時間梯度對棉鈴蟲雌成蟲的過氧化氫酶(CAT)無影響。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),光處理45min的活力最高,極顯著高于其它處理15min30min60min間無顯著差異。谷膚甘肚S一轉移酶(GSTs),無光處理的活力最高,極顯著高于其它處理,其它處理間無顯著差異。酸性磷酸醋酶(ApE),無光處理的活力最高,極顯著高于45min60min的,但與15min30min的無顯著差異。梭酸酷酶(C
