3、tionWaSamajorpathologicalmechanismofSDPCholecystokinin(CCK)andvasoaetiveintestinalpeptide(vIP)wasverypotenttostimulateexocrinepancreaticsecretionTheaimofthepresentstudyistoinvestigatetheeffectofFourGentlemendecoctiononth

4、eexpressionofCCKandVIPinduodenumandjejunumofduckSDPmodelsusingsemiquantitatiVereversetranscriptionpolymerasechainreaction(RTPCR)I，PrimersweredesignedaccordingtothesequencesofchickenCCKVIPandduckB—actincDNApublishedintheG

5、enBankTheexpectedsizesofDNAfragmentswereamplifiedusingRTPCRtechnique，thePCRproductswereclonedintopGEMTEasyvectorforsequenceanalysis，theresultsshowedthatthehomologiesofsequenceswere90％94％and100％respectively2ThemodelsofSDP

6、wereestablishedbyinjectingReserpine，expressionofCCK，VIPwasdeterminedbysemiquantitativeRTPCRTheexpressionlevelsofCCK，VIPmRNAinexperimentalSDPweresignificantlyreducedthanthatincontrols(P0，01)ThissuggeststhatCCKVIPplayakeyr
