3、ce.Methods: Immunohistochemistry technique (Envision method) was used to assess the expression of CD10、BCL-6、MUM1、NF-kB protein and compare with the molecular subtypes, ethnicity、the relationship between the incidence of

4、 t site in 89 cases of DLBCL. Result:The positive expression rate of CD10、BCL-6、MUM1 and NF-kB protein in 89 cases of DLBCL was 11.24%、29.21%、62.92%、68.54% respectively.In the 89 cases,17.98%(16/89) were considered GCB a

5、nd 82.02%(73/89) were considered non-GCB.CD10 and MUM1 in GCB and non-GCB subtype to classification of decisive significance, CD10, BCL-6, MUM1 combine diagnosis contribute to diagnose of DLBCL subtypes. NF-kB in the two

6、 subtypes of DLBCL have higher expression of the positive rate.but its expression and sex、 age、 ethnicity、 molecular subtypes and the incidence of site was no significant difference.In the distribution of site:35 cases w

7、ith nodal, 54 cases of extranodal; and the subtype of nodal compared to subtype of extranodal, Statistical difference between the two (Ρ <0.05).In the distribution of minority: GCB subtypes, 6 cases of the Han nationa

8、lity accounts for 10.90% （6/55） ,and the non-GCB accounting for 89.10%（49/55）;The GCB subtypes account for 29.41%（10/34）of minority,and the non-GCB account for70.59% （24/34） ;The Han and minority in the distribution of s

9、ubtypes is difference.(Ρ<0.05) .Conclusion: The expression of CD10、BCL-6 and MUM1 protein play roles in subgroups of DLBCL,and application of these three targets can be divided into GCB and non-GCB subtype of molecula

10、r.NF-kB of DLBCL expression is unrelated in the age、 sex、 site、 ethnicity.The feature of distribution in the subtypes,the GCB subtypes is mainly in nodal,non-GCB main subtypes in extranoda;In the distribution of ethnicit
