2、soybeanagglutininwerepreparedbyaffinitychromatographyTheresultsshowedthatthecontentsandhemaglutininatingactivityofsoybeanagglutininsamples,whichwerepurifiedfromlawsoybeanseeds,wereapproximatetothoseofthestandardproductof
3、soybeanagglutininInexperiment2,30ratswereadministeredwith0,35,70,105,or140mgofsoybeanagglutinin(n=6)bygastricinfusiononceadayfor14daysComparedwiththecontrolgroup,soybeanagglutininreducedweightgain,enhancedabsoluteandrela
4、tivedrypancreaticweightandelevatedserumcholecystokininlevels妒005)Italsodepressedtherelativedrykidneysandspleenweights,andsystemicinsulinlevelsPancreaticprotein,RNAratherthanDNA,andpancreaticactivitiesofamylase,trypsinand
5、chymotrypsinallincreasedinresponsetoincreasedlevelsofsoybeanagglutinin(P005)Theresultssuggestedthatsoybeanagglutinininducedcholecystokininmediatedpancreatichypertrophyandpancreaticenzymesynthesis,andalsoinfluencedimmunea
6、ndmetabolismsystemsInexperiment3,duodenalcellsobtainedfromtworatsincubatedwitheithersaline,100Itg/mLsoybeanagglutinin,oramixtureof100llg/mLsoybeanagglutininand10mmol/LofverapamilSoybeanagglutininfP005)stimulatedcholecyst
7、okininmRNAexpressionandcholecystokininreleasefromsmallintestinalmucosalcells,howeverthoseeffectsWasabolishedbyverapamil,whichindicatedthatsoybeanagglutininstimulatedcholecystokiningeneexpressioninthesmallintestine,anditw

12、einhibitorInsummarycholecystokininoctapeptideinducedpolyaminedependentpancreatichypertrophyandhyperplasia,andalsoelevateddigestiveenzymeactivitieswhichrelatedwithNO/cGMPsignalpathwaysInexperiment5,pancreaticacinarcellsob
13、tainedfromthreeratswereincubatedwitheithersaline,orcholecystokininoctapeptide(100fmol/mL)andsoybeanagglutinin(1000fmol/mL)aloneorincombinationAmylase,trypsin,andchymotrypsinactivitiesfrombothculturemediaandacinicellswere
14、stimulatedbysoybeanagglutininandthecholecystokininoctapeptidealoneorincombination(尸005),andenzymeactivitiesincholecystokininoctapeptidetreatmentwerehigher,butlowerinsoybeanagglutinintreatmentthanthoseincombinationInconcl
