2、economic and the rising of people’ s income, the consumption of meat products increased quickly. However, accompanying with high consumption of meat products, its poor quality credit has not been properly
3、resolved. Especially the quality credit of meat products industry has stood in the breach, because of the frequently exposure of bad meat product. In China, the research on the meat products’qu
4、ality credit is still at an early stage. So far, some theoretical and practical workers have focused on the quality of meat products. For the methods of supervision of meat products’quality, ma
5、ny people have given a lot of constructive suggestions. But they did not take the quality issues as the important components in the industries and enterprises’integrity cultural construction. So it made th
6、e meat products industry’ s improvement lack of profound integrity cultural accumulation. It also resulted in a lot of supervision and management measures and the construction of industry’ s quali
7、ty credit getting into “policy, under countermeasures“ vicious circle. Some scholars and practitioners have made careful researches on the construction of industry and corporate culture. But they have no
8、t combined the enterprise’ s culture building, particularly the integrity culture building with their products’problems on quality and given a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Under this, we start
