6、pose of saving energy and reducing exhaust. With the features in the project considered of the limited construction period, construction undertaken while being designed, the current paper seeks to analyze and modify the

7、design of the project in terms of the progress that is greatly concerned by the clients, by shortening the construction period with the Critical Path Scheduling method, bringing labor power into full play with evaluation

8、 system according to the performances, establishing a multi-channeled communication network of information, for the final purpose of satisfying the clients in terms of progress. It is proved that this method is effective
