2、my and reliability. In order to assess the performance of automobile’s transmission, we usually adopt road test outside and imulation test indoors. Because of the advantage of short cycle and repeatability, simulation t
3、est is favored by the major manufacturers. The key point of automobile transmission simulation test is how to reproduce the actual driving conditions. Currently, owing to the deficiency of methods, equipment and load spe
4、ctrum data, steady loading conditions is often used in transmission test, Although this loading method is simple and we can obtain some valuable results under certain conditions, steady-state conditions are very differen
5、t with the vehicle's actual driving conditions, in order to improve the transmission performance, the adoption of steady-state conditions can not meet the requirements of test. We explored a practical and easy to ope
6、rate test method for the road simulation of transmission, and successfully simulated the transmission driving conditions in a test bench in laboratory. First, several typical conditions commonly used in international ar
7、e studied ,just as the U.S. driving conditions, driving conditions in Europe and Japan, and the characteristics of driving conditions are also analyzed and compared. As Japan 10.15 driving cycle example and based on the
8、example of driving conditions, we make some research. Then, though the analysis of performance of the auto parts, Using software of AMESim established the ChangAn mini Benben car model, through the power and fuel econo
9、my test verified the correct of vehicle simulation model .through the detailed analysis of vehicle longitudinal dynamics, the automobile transmission driving conditions and vehicle driving conditions between the mathema
10、tical model is established, and combined with the mini BenBen’s parameters, we obtained the transmission driving conditions test load spectrum. In the end, Through the preparation of the test control software, running on
11、 the test rig, we achieved the accurate simulation of transmission conditions, and the results were analyzed. Through these studies, we obtained a practical test method of road simulation test of automotive transmission
12、driving condition. This method can be realized on the test rig, and can reflect the actual automobile transmission operating conditions in some extent, and also overcoming the singularity of steady-state conditions. Abov
