25、中各相關(guān)人員的職責(zé)和工作范圍，并明確了整車開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中各里程碑的關(guān)系及各節(jié)點(diǎn)所需提交的交付物，以確保整車開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目正常有序地進(jìn)行。 This procedure defines the whole process of the vehicle development of SAIC Motor. It clarifies the functional roles and responsibilities in vehicle develop

26、ment programs, and the relationship among the different milestones and deliverables of each point, to make it normal and orderly to execute the program. 2 適用 適用范圍 范圍 Scope 本程序適用于上汽乘用車產(chǎn)品型譜規(guī)劃中的所有整車開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“項(xiàng)目”）。本程序不包含動(dòng)力總成

27、開(kāi)發(fā)。本文件適用于質(zhì)量體系和內(nèi)控要求。 This process is applicable to all the vehicle programs in SMTC portfolio, not including with Powertrain development programs. 3 定義 定義 Definition 里程碑 里程碑（Milestone）：整車開(kāi)發(fā)工作某一階段的結(jié)束，同時(shí)意味著下一階段的開(kāi)始。里程碑通常設(shè)置在具

28、有標(biāo)志性的交付完成的時(shí)點(diǎn)。比如造型的展示，開(kāi)發(fā)的成果發(fā)布等等交付點(diǎn)往往會(huì)設(shè)置里程碑節(jié)點(diǎn)。在該節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)于項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)進(jìn)行全方位的評(píng)估，以識(shí)別當(dāng)前的狀態(tài)是否達(dá)到原定的計(jì)劃，并對(duì)決策事項(xiàng)做出決定。 Milestone: A milestone is the end of some certain phase of the whole process of the vehicle development, also the start of the
