3、tutions of higher learning of Chinese language teaching, a lot of Chinese as the second language teaching institutions also plays a very important role in Chinese teaching. The writer visited some Chinese as the second l
4、anguage teaching institutions in Shanghai, and picked YouMandarin Language Center as the sample to analyse their management and teaching mode, to find out and learn their experiences and advantages in teaching Chinese as
5、 a foreign language. The first chapter is the introduction, to expound the background and research significance of the topic selection, research objects and methods, as well as the problems existing in current research l
6、iterature review. The second chapter is the investigation of the management model of the training institutions. Classify to three big aspects: the administrative management, recruitment management and teaching management
7、, combining with the actual situation of the specific work flow of the training institutions and personnel arrangement. The third chapter is the investigation of the management model of the training institutions. Classif
8、y to three big aspects: curriculum design, teaching material selection and teaching characteristics, combining with the actual situation of the teaching process of training institutions, and training process. The fourth
9、chapter is base on the results of the second chapter and the third chapter, comprehensive analyse the management and teaching of the training institutions, and find out the advantages of the two aspects, and the value of
