簡(jiǎn)介:日本的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育歷史悠久,可以追溯到明治時(shí)期。經(jīng)過(guò)一百多年的發(fā)展,日本已建立起了多樣開放的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育體系,為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)了大批實(shí)用技術(shù)人才和優(yōu)秀勞動(dòng)力,有力地推動(dòng)了日本的經(jīng)濟(jì)科技發(fā)展,使日本由一個(gè)貧弱小國(guó)躍升為世界強(qiáng)國(guó),其成熟的高職教育模式也成為當(dāng)今世界公認(rèn)的職業(yè)技術(shù)教育成功典范之一。改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但是無(wú)論是在辦學(xué)層次、辦學(xué)質(zhì)量還是社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)方面仍存在著較大的不足。他山之石,可以攻玉,借鑒日本等高職發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的辦學(xué)特色,對(duì)我國(guó)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育進(jìn)行改革和完善,是促進(jìn)我國(guó)高職教育發(fā)展,提升我國(guó)高職教育質(zhì)量的有效途徑。本文分五章展開論述第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要闡述本文的研究背景和意義,并在總結(jié)他人相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出本文的研究問(wèn)題和研究方法。第二章分三個(gè)階段闡述了日本高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的歷史發(fā)展過(guò)程和現(xiàn)狀。第三章系統(tǒng)歸納論述了日本高職教育在教育體系、學(xué)位制度、教育內(nèi)容、產(chǎn)學(xué)合作、法制建設(shè)等方面的特點(diǎn)。第四章在簡(jiǎn)要回顧我國(guó)高職教育歷史發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國(guó)目前高職教育存在的問(wèn)題,并有針對(duì)性地提出了日本高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)的借鑒意義。第五章為結(jié)語(yǔ)。
