簡(jiǎn)介:山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文山東宏信化工股份有限公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究姓名張蜀珂申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師李軍20060918山東大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要山東宏信化工股份有限公司是全國(guó)生產(chǎn)重要有機(jī)化工原料的中外合資企業(yè),擁有總資產(chǎn)88億元,總生產(chǎn)能力50萬(wàn)噸,其中增塑劑生產(chǎn)能力25萬(wàn)噸。經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展。已成為生產(chǎn)增塑劑、苯酐、不飽和聚酯樹脂、順酐四個(gè)系列近30個(gè)品種的大型化工企業(yè)集團(tuán),也是國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)增塑劑的龍頭企業(yè)之一。公司是“國(guó)家重點(diǎn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”,“淄博市重點(diǎn)企業(yè)集團(tuán)之一”。但是隨著公司戰(zhàn)略和管理水平的滯后,山東宏信的發(fā)展也面臨很多問題,如何應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的增塑劑產(chǎn)品的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),制定什么樣的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,來提高增塑劑的市場(chǎng)占有率和利潤(rùn)率,是擺在決策者面前的首要任務(wù)。本文以現(xiàn)代企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論為指導(dǎo)和依據(jù),通過對(duì)山東宏信外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境的深入分析和研究,總結(jié)了外部環(huán)境帶來的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,以及企業(yè)自身所處的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),并綜合運(yùn)用了價(jià)值鏈理論、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論、SWOT矩陣?yán)碚摚Y(jié)合山東宏信的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)三種一般競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析。指出了應(yīng)采取成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略作為山東宏信競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇。最后提出了公司要做好基礎(chǔ)管理、成本領(lǐng)先、人力資源管理、優(yōu)化價(jià)值鏈、品牌戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)文化、管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)等具體實(shí)施方案。本文是首次對(duì)山東宏信這個(gè)增塑劑化工企業(yè)進(jìn)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究,是一次有益的嘗試和探索。論文最大特點(diǎn)是用理論知識(shí)分析企業(yè)實(shí)際問題,注重定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合,針對(duì)性、實(shí)用性和可操作性強(qiáng),對(duì)山東宏信獲取持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)對(duì)同行業(yè)其它企業(yè)也有一定的借鑒和幫助。關(guān)鍵詞有機(jī)化工原料增塑劑競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略
