    • 簡(jiǎn)介:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)所面臨的壓力也越來(lái)越大,以客戶(hù)為本逐漸成為主要的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,于是客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理CUSTOMERRELATIONSHIPMANAGEMENT,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CRM被引入銀行業(yè)務(wù)處理流程中。CRM極大簡(jiǎn)化了各類(lèi)與客戶(hù)相關(guān)聯(lián)的業(yè)務(wù)流程如銷(xiāo)售、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、服務(wù)和支持等,并將企業(yè)注意力集中于滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的需求上。CRM就是將先進(jìn)的思想與最佳的實(shí)踐具體化,通過(guò)使用當(dāng)前多種先進(jìn)的技術(shù)手段最終幫助企業(yè)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)其經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)。因此,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理、決策服務(wù)而設(shè)計(jì)的銀行客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)客觀(guān)上需要和計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)應(yīng)用相結(jié)合。本文重點(diǎn)闡述了信金CRM系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),從信金CRM應(yīng)用背景和業(yè)務(wù)需求出發(fā),詳細(xì)討論了信金CRM系統(tǒng)軟件架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。分析了信金CRM的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、核心組件、配置文件以及對(duì)MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)。信金CRM系統(tǒng)采用基于J2EE平臺(tái)和MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式開(kāi)發(fā),系統(tǒng)共分為數(shù)據(jù)層,表示邏輯層,業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層。論文還詳細(xì)討論了信金CRM系統(tǒng)程序流程和數(shù)據(jù)的顯示過(guò)程XML文檔和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換,JSP頁(yè)面通過(guò)自定義標(biāo)簽與XML技術(shù)和XSLT技術(shù)相結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)了從XML文檔到HTML的轉(zhuǎn)化。本文論證了所設(shè)計(jì)的CRM系統(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu)能夠充分實(shí)現(xiàn)信金CRM系統(tǒng)在可用性、安全性、易修改性、易測(cè)試性、易使用性和易擴(kuò)展性等方面的要求,是一個(gè)面向未來(lái)的、能夠適應(yīng)信息技術(shù)和銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展變化的軟件架構(gòu)。
