簡(jiǎn)介:近年來(lái),師生交往的問(wèn)題以各種形式持續(xù)活躍于媒體報(bào)紙。師生交往的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越引起教育界的重視,無(wú)效的師生交往以各種各樣的形態(tài)出現(xiàn),解決這一問(wèn)題成為了刻不容緩的任務(wù)。人們開(kāi)始不斷地反思,并尋找改善師生交往的途徑與方法。正是基于此類(lèi)現(xiàn)象,本研究針對(duì)在師生交往過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,以文化哲學(xué)為視角進(jìn)行了分析,提出策略和方法,以此來(lái)改善師生交往的現(xiàn)狀。論文共分五個(gè)部分第一部分,緒論。本部分主要是簡(jiǎn)要的闡述了研究的目的、研究的理論意義、實(shí)踐意義,以及近些年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)師生交往問(wèn)題所做過(guò)的研究,并對(duì)相關(guān)的研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。第二部分,主要探討人是什么的問(wèn)題。從文化哲學(xué)的視角對(duì)人性進(jìn)行了思考。該部分從人是符號(hào)的動(dòng)物、人是文化的動(dòng)物、人能利用符號(hào)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造文化的活動(dòng)三個(gè)方面對(duì)人性進(jìn)行了探討。除此之外,還對(duì)師生交往的文化特征進(jìn)行了思考,從師生交往的符號(hào)化、文化化、創(chuàng)造化三個(gè)角度總結(jié)了師生交往的文化特征。第三部分,本部分主要對(duì)師生交往的文化困境從師生交往的目的、主體、方式三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析。每一個(gè)方面都從符號(hào)、文化、創(chuàng)造三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行剖析。第四部分,主要是針對(duì)師生交往的文化困境進(jìn)行師生交往的重構(gòu),同樣從師生交往的目的、主體、方式三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了重構(gòu)。每一個(gè)方面都是從符號(hào)、文化、創(chuàng)造三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行的。第五部分,結(jié)束語(yǔ)。對(duì)文化哲學(xué)視野下師生交往的重構(gòu)進(jìn)行反思,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)本次研究的收獲與不足之處,為今后努力提供前進(jìn)的方向。

簡(jiǎn)介:教師是教育使命的直接承擔(dān)者,教師素質(zhì)直接影響教育質(zhì)量,只有教師素質(zhì)提高了,學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量的提高才有可能。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)教師素質(zhì)的要求越來(lái)越高,如何有效促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展已成為大家普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。古往今來(lái),從柏拉圖到杜威,從孔子到陶行知,再到當(dāng)代的卓越教師們,他們都通過(guò)實(shí)踐與反思建構(gòu)了自己的個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)。教師個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的形成有利于其教育行為的實(shí)施和教育理論的生成,從而促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、文本分析法,以特級(jí)教師于漪個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)及其建構(gòu)為例進(jìn)行研究。論文正文分為四個(gè)部分第一,教師個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的理論分析框架第二,于漪個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的基本內(nèi)容第三,于漪個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的建構(gòu)和影響因素第四,于漪個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)建構(gòu)的策略。教師個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)是教師在已有哲學(xué)觀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)已有的教育觀、教育理論及教育實(shí)踐中的一些基本問(wèn)題或現(xiàn)象,運(yùn)用哲學(xué)的思維和方法進(jìn)行辯證的反思與批判,從中找出一般規(guī)律,逐步形成個(gè)人系統(tǒng)化的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的一套個(gè)人教育主張。內(nèi)容上包括教師的根本教育理念,教師的基本教育觀念和教師對(duì)學(xué)科的看法。建構(gòu)過(guò)程上包括站穩(wěn)講臺(tái)時(shí)個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的萌芽期,站好講臺(tái)時(shí)個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的發(fā)展期,特級(jí)教師后個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)的成熟升華期,它的形成是一個(gè)持續(xù)的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展過(guò)程,受多種內(nèi)外部因素的影響。教師可以通過(guò)認(rèn)真讀書(shū)、學(xué)而不厭、實(shí)踐進(jìn)取、勤于反思、研究創(chuàng)新、向他人學(xué)習(xí)的方式來(lái)建構(gòu)個(gè)人教育哲學(xué)。
